Ordered shrimp and asked if there was shrimp sauce, was told yes, than got my order and they ran out of shrimp sauce or couldnt find it, ruined my dinner, wasnt good with ketchup!! The dinning area was hot, half the lights were on and half were off!! Need to invest in a new or paved parking lot, for sure!! Employees were very attentive and provided good service!! Hadnt been there in a while, live closer to Red Zone, but thought we would try Tech Cafe since we hadnt been there in a while. Very disappointed!!

This place is terrible. Since they changed owners, food is nasty owner is rude and doesent care to hear if his food is bad. It was so bad I couldnt get the taste if cumin out of my mouth, I had the combo plate .waste of money....I wont be back. No wonder it was empty. Sucked. Its sad it use to be a wonderful. Place with good food. Even all the former employees arent there anymore thats how bad its gotten. Dont waste your money there it will only piss you off,

My husband & I went here a couple of weeks ago and we sat down for a while and the waitress passed right by us to help other tables but never even took our drink order. We realized that the service would probably be like this the whole visit so we took it upon ourselves and left and took our business to the red zone café and received outstanding service as always! Will never be back here.

The food was great, hot and fresh! The waitress was friendly and on top of her job! ! Made our lunch very pleasant. However the cashier came off as rude. (Dolores, I believe. .) Not even a smile. I asked a question and got answered back rudely. My eating experience was almost perfect. It will be a while If ever that I return.

Ate here today. The tea was old and she gave me some line about it being fresh. The grill chicken no flavor. Hamburger was pretty much all veggies and hardly any meat. Tats were over done. Could hardly get any service. Will not be back. It was once good but the owner opened up on 1585 and let this one go down hill.

This place was awesome! Went for breakfast this morning on vacation with the family. Very good prices & the food was yummy. (I had french toast, eggs, & bacon for around $5). There is no card machine, so you have have to pay cash; however, thats true of many small places. Would definitely go again.

The service started out very well but now all of sudden the service is starting to turn around the people dont seem Ginuine no more... Just my opinion folks... Ive been a customer for about a 1yr 1/2......And I do believe I will be going somewhere else for good Texas Southern Food...Go Tech!!!!

I went thru the drive thru on. Monday during lunch rush. The lady who took my order was so warm and genuine. I pulled up to wait on my lunch. Another lady delivered my food with a smile. She was very friendly. The food was great. The customer service is the best I have ever had in Lubbock

The cafe is under new ownership and most of the wait staff has left they charge you what ever they feel like .the bus. Person is waiting for you to take your last bite of food so he can greb your plate then comes back and wioes the table into your lap
