Service has gone downhill, along with the friendliness of familiar faces. The price of the coffee drink I have been ordering for over three years suddenly jumped from $2.94 to $4.31 overnight. No one could tell me why, its the exact same coffee I ordered yesterday and every day before that! Thats a 45% increase on one cup of coffee!!

Mega latte. More like mega late to work. If you want your coffee, go through the drive thru. I watched them help five different cars before they started my drink. Coffee is okay though.
