I am beyond tired of them getting my order wrong and getting an attitude about it. All I go for is drinks and I ask for light ice and extra strawberries in my strawberry limeade and they never add extra strawberries but charge me for it. If I ask them, they just go back in and dont add anything. They are just rude. I could just go to another Sonic but this one is two blocks from my house. Really? This is not cool and it isnt the only time. Just go to the one on 4th or on 34th.

My buns were cold (not heated) on my Lil doggie/chickie and my friends breakfast burrito only had cheese at the very bottom. She said the tortilla tasted like cold dough. But the most shocking thing was that the car hop showed up at my window with no hi or kiss my @$$ or anything, and when he gave me my food, he literally RAN off without a word. There are many other food places to go to so I can GUARANTEE I wont be coming back here.

Very unhappy. Its very sad that you have to wait 5 minutes for a drink. I would hate to see how long you have to wait for food. Im not blaming the carhops but management. You as managers need to manage your staff,make sure you have enough employees available. If not then you jump in as carhops. No one should have to wait 5min for a drink.

I always leave this location disappointed. It takes me about 5 minutes to finish a large drink because they put so much dang ice in the cup! Today, my sausage, egg and cheese burrito, while tasty, was tiny! Its usually pretty large and long, but this one was only three inches long... What?! You do not get your moneys worth here!

We showed up at 11:27 to be told they closed at 11. Online it says midnight and they werent willing to even listen when we asked about it. They just kept saying "were closed." It was extremely frustrating, and seeing as how they have messed up an order in the past we wont be returning.

I cant seem to get an accurately made order at this store. This is an almost daily stop for me yet the inaccuracy seems epidemic. I speak slowly and clearly into the microphone and then repeat myself for clarity. I am very disappointed in this store

Why do you tell them what you want on your food if they dont even add it on there then your paying for the extra stuff. They repeat your order back to you you would expect to receive exactly what you order right ugh no more food from this location

Average Sonic. Good food, but its always pretty full. Smaller lot, kind of tight. They could use a drive through, like some of the newer Sonics. The street in front is pretty busy. Hard to get out sometimes. As a Sonic. its okay.

When ordering food specially, like adding extras, this location fails to do so. IE, ordering a breakfast burrito with extra tots, theyll charge 50 cents, and not add any extra tots.
