Decent. The drive thru cashier was speaking too fast. The mic must be low, because it caught every other word. Then another woman came to the window with our food and tried to rush us off before we got our drinks. Would be better if they would train their cashiers to speak more clearly and to train the crew to ask if that was everything. Ive had only one bad experience here and it was an incorrect item. Made a Jr double cheese burger into a single patty burger with cheese. The manager remade it and my daughter ate every bite.

Very bad customer service... Closed an hour early Workers are lazy and wait until the end of the day to clean restrooms. All in all they need to overhaul the workers thier and replace them with workers who do thier job whether or not they like thier job. The manager needs to step up to the plate and put order back into sonics work force. It looks like the workers run the show and they do a bad job at doing this by making choices to close the sonics an hour early under thier own authority.

I dont even want to give this place 1 star. First, got in a stall that didnt work so I went to the drive-thru and then proceeded to wait for 25 min without any explanation of what was taking so long. I finally just left without my food when the person behind me backed out and left too. Save your time and go to the golden chick or something across the street. Way to showcase Childress, Sonic!

We come from Houston and my daughter loves Sonic and so do I and she loves to eat their hot dogs but for some odd reason when we stop to make a pit stop my daughter wanted to eat Sonic so we stopped at Sonic and she wanted a hot dog and the hot dog was like a hot dog from a barbecue pit and it wasnt cooked all the way what a waste but they did have nice people there

Just ordered 2 burgers, and they were both frozen. They must have been pre made then froze because the patties and veggies were all frozen and the buns were soggie, almost threw up when I took a bite. I cant believe they would serve this crap. I wouldnt give one star but had to in order to comment. SORRIEST BURGERS EVER.

nothing to like about this place. placed an order, they didnt bother to tell us they were out of an item, brought out incomplete order. metioned it to carhop she wasnt interested.. pushed the button to talk to someone they wouldnt answer... THE MGR AND OWNER should be very proud of their operation

Over charged for meal deals, and cheese sticks were over cooked,night employee was rude. Owner/manager did however call me to discuss the incident and was very nice. Offered a free meal next time i am traveling through Childress.

It took way too long to get my small order out, it was not very busy at all. The bathroom smelled really bad and desperately needed cleaned. It was only 10 AM absolutely no reason for it to stink and look as bad as it did.

Place smells like a cow pasture and floors are super sticky. Fat female shift manager had a horrible attitude towards those who take longer than ten seconds ordering. Overall, a horrid experience. Will never patron again.

asked twice for small tots, they brought me medium. asked for ketchup, didnt get any. asked for easy ice in my drink, of course i didnt get it. then they forgot my straw. worst sonic on 287.

Not good. The inside had tons of broken or ripped booths and smelled odd. Noticed a bunch of flies buzzing around. They got our food wrong and the bathroom was horrible.
