They served me RAW chicken. Pink. Raw. Cold. Completely uncooked. I ate half of it before I realized it, and when I spoke to the manager he REFUSED to do anything about it. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that had two breaded chicken breasts on it. I had it delivered at 2:30 today (thats important to the manager, apparently, keep reading). The top piece of chicken was cooked correctly and I didnt notice that the bottom piece was completely RAW. Pink. Raw. Cold. Completely uncooked. So I ate half of the huge sandwich and put it down to feed my baby and put him down for a nap. I picked up the sandwich an hour later to finish it and it was then I noticed one piece was completely uncooked. I called the store immediately. The first person I spoke to was very concerned, especially considering they served and I ate RAW CHICKEN! and offered to redeliver me a new sandwich. He said theyd get it right how. However the manager called me back immediately and told me that since it was delivered an hour and a half ago, he couldnt do anything about it. Now, wait a minute... Youre telling me that somehow waiting 90 minutes to call you is what caused the chicken to be raw? Or are you saying that because I didnt call fast enough (according some arbitrary definition of fast enough that youve decided) that voids the fact that you served me RAW PINK COLD CHICKEN?! I could get it if I called the next day. I could even get it if I called 4 hours later. His name was Sam and he was so condescending, rude, and did not care at all the the chicken was raw. When he said he would under no circumstances redeliver a cooked chicken sandwich that Id paid for, paid delivery for, tipped on the online order and then tipped double in person I said, "umm....ok" and he HUNG UP ON ME! Sam, the manager of the store, after having no consideration to me as a customer being served raw chicken, hung up on me!

Looks can be deceiving, and that fact has never rung truer than here at San Antonio Burger Company. This is the absolute worst burger I have ever had at a burger place - a title I dont easily give away. On this trip, I ordered my usual "Classic" burger (just mayo, lettuce, and cheddar; my consistent benchmark for comparing burgers). First, the meat was a pre-formed, frozen piece of garbage. It may have had seasoning and it may have been juicy, but none of that mattered as I bit into this cheap, frozen piece of meat that tasted like something from a middle school cafeteria. It was atrocious. Second, the bun seemed homemade but was thoroughly unimpressive. It wasnt toasted correctly, and there was too much bread. Third, the cheese was plentiful but had that "off" taste that highly processed cheese has. There was too much mayo (which tasted cheap anyway) and the lettuce was too bitter. Everything was wrong with this burger, especially the meat. I would be ashamed to serve such meat at my dinner table, let alone in a restaurant. In short, I would plead with you to never go to this place. I went because its my personal duty to write a review for as many places as I can for my never-ending burger tour of SA and beyond. Trust me: go anywhere else! My top 8 burger places remain: 1) Bobby Js, 2) Cullums Attaboy, 3) Bracken Store Cafe, 4) Chris Madrids, 5) Fattys (Marks Outing), 6) CBQ Eatery, 7) The Cove, and 8) Chesters

The WORST place EVER! POOR Customer SERVICE OWNER SCreaming at a Pregnant Woman all because he cant fix an order when they made the mistake. Unbelievable! Not acceptable! I ordered yesterday $29.00 worth in food around 5:30PM and by the time I got home which is not close by it was too late to turn back to have the order replaced. The whole order was wrong. I go to work early in the morning before SABurger even opens so I called after work 5:30PM (Today AUG 8,2017)to inform the owner about the order and was willing to take it back to them to prove the order was wrong However, The owner started questioning me as if I was lying and told me he was not going to fix my order (screaming) nor was he going to pay for my food. He kept telling me he was not going to give me free food when I actually PAID for my food and it was late to go back. He kept asking me why I didnt take it back the same day and couldnt assistant me at all! I will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! I lost $29.00 and have a wrong order in my refrigerator. No one will eat it because IT WAS WRONG! As an owner & business man he is not educated on how to treat people nor does he value customers. I hope he learns that with that type of service he wont have customers! He lost my business and will never get it again. I will tell everyone I know how I got screwed over because of this disgruntled owner that cant fix in order.

TL;DR - Food was disgusting - Got a refund - Perfectly fair refund policy I ordered delivery from them to my office, and it was disgusting. The first item was a grilled chicken sandwich. The taste was horrible so I took a look. The chicken breasts were black. It wasnt from being burnt, but from grill grime. I cant even guess when the last time they cleaned their grills. I handled then, and pieces of it all started coming off when I picked them up. Not to mention the buns were soggy and covered in brown nasty juices. The bacon cheese fries didnt have real bacon on them. Ive never seen perfectly flat, vertical slices of bacon in my life. It was covered in them. There was also a small amount of cheddar cheese, the rest was a liquid cheese sauce. It had a small spice to it, and I realized it tasted exactly like the nasty cheese sauce you get at the theater when you get nachos there. When I called, I was connected with a manager to insisted they only use cheddar cheese on the fries, and did ask to try to make it right. Given the outright fabrication, I requested for my money back, and a driver was sent to pickup the uneaten food. I am 100% fine with this, because thats how they know Im not just some jackass who ate it all then asked for a refund. I got a refund, and I implore you to never eat here.

Ordered here twice, however on the 2nd time, i subbed swiss on the avocado burger and was given American, called immediately the guy said he was gonna replace it next time I ordered, portion size from last week and this week huge difference, so they need to work on order consistency. Everything was fine until I ordered a philly sandwich and the meat was burnt, idk about you but who wants to eat a burnt tasting sandwich. I took one bite informed them of the issue and Sam the owner told Eat 24 he was only gonna replace my avocado burger not the burnt ass Philly which I did not eat and even offered to give back because it was uneatable. Instead he refunded me for my avocado burger but still I had to pay for this burnt ass sandwich. I dont even blame eat 24 for this however I wont be using them anymore because there really is no support when the restaurant wants to be an ass, still filing for fraud with my bank. I do not recommend anyone eating at this restaurant or supporting this local chain, you can get better food from Wendys and if you like burnt food then burn it yourself, it will taste better than the crap this owner is making me pay for.
