DO NOT COME HERE. DISGUSTING.So this is our go to when we want chinese food, I come here with me my boyfriend and my daughter. Its usually awesome. But this last time was freakin disgusting. May 19, 2016 Thursday at 5 p.m. I came here. Ordered noodle off Mongolian grill, and there was so much egg shell in it. BUT GET THIS, I DID NOT ORDER ANY EGG IN IT. Someone touched that egg, the outside of the egg and it was in my food. I did not even order egg in there at all what if I had an allergy. And while we were eating there was a huuuuge cockroach, and like four workers huddeled around it just to get rid of it. And thats honestly why I left. Place seems so dirty to me now. Our server was really nice about it when told the manager or whoever was at the register didnt do anything about it. She just said sorry wont happen again. Doesnt fix the fact that it happened.

Oh man, I ADORE this place. Its sooo good. The people are sweet and helpful. Yes it gets busy so be patient, dont be afraid to walk up to a waiter or even go up front to ask for some help. This place is huge, its not easy to take care of so many all at once. On that note: the sushi is delicious, the Mongolian grill has sooo many great options, and if they ever get rid of the coconut chicken I will cry. Their is regular food as well, just learned pizza is a dinner dish only...My son did not enjoy that when we went for lunch yesterday but he are his weight in other dishes. Their is an ice cream machine, kinda hidden by the sushi counter just look a little. Anyone has questions ask, this is my favorite place Ill be happy to help. (^-^)

Positive: New, clean, fresh looking food, cheap Negative: Not amazing as everyone says Okay compared to other chinese buffets in dfw, this one is clean and decent. It is not amazing and nowhere compares to Vegas buffets... maybe a small casino in louisiana lol... sushi is not restaurant quality but basic buffet sushi... this place was highly recommended to me and Im not impressed. I have to reconsider who I take restaurant advice from...Dont expect amazing, expect typical buffet. Sigh, another buffet let down. Why do I expect so much? I guess its because we used to own a chinese/korean/japanese restaurant... Im giving up on buffets

Ive been going here around once a month for the past few years.Everything is A+ at this place and getting hungry just writing this rating. I will be there today for lunch in around 1 hour. I like their Mongolian grill where you select your protein, add various ingredients like onions, bean sprouts, garlic, sauce, spices, etc and they stir fry it for you; the result is a hot customized stir fried plate! Their sushi and buffet items are very good too. Just lots of healthy food. If you leave hungry it will be your own fault.

Not a very large selection for a buffet. They did have a nice big sushi bar&grill. I had 2 of the chicken items from the buffet and they smelled &tasted sour (like rotten sour), I told the waiter who gave a little laugh and said hed tell the manager. I wasnt concerned about being compensated (good thing bc they didnt offer) but more so that they take it off the buffet so nobody world get sick. I didnt see them take it off. For that reason alone, we will not eat here again; it was a disappointment.

The food at the buffet was bad to mediocre. The flavors ranged from bland to just plain gross. I ate the baked scallops and I was hit with a terrible sour mushy taste. I spat it out into a napkin. Not only did the food taste bad, the food platters looked unclean. The sushi looked terrible and dried out which they tried to prevent by placing plastic wrap on top. The service was okay. Ive eaten at many different Chinese buffets across the U.S. and this one was the worst Ive ever had.

Excellent. We keep going back! Many tasty varieties of Asian dishes: meat, rice, vegetables, sushi and dessert. They work harder here than any other Asian buffet to refresh the food dishes. They also work to get immediate feedback (Our server, Amy, asked us five times; she was delightful!). Once in a while something is overcooked or bland. What I do is wait for that selection to be refreshed, or choose another dish that is almost always superbly cooked superbly and fresh. Yum!

This is the right place, which you can spend your money for worth. I visited here with my co-worker recently for lunch. The lunch was very cheap, about $7-8/person. Ive never seen any buffet like this clean and looks nice except hotel or casino buffet in my life. The food was very good too especially when you think about the price. I could enjoy Japanese, Chinese, Italian and Mongolian grill, etc. I highly recommend this place.

The buffet choices were abundant. The quality was better than average compared to other similar buffets Ive encountered across the country. I could only go 3 stars overall (rather than 4) as the cost for two dinner buffets and 2 soft drinks ( for my 12-year old daughter and I) was just over $28 and thats a bit steep. But, if you want a variety of decent food at an OK price, you could do a lot worse than Regal Buffet.

I give the sushi at this place a one star... And that might be generous. That being said the rest of the food is good. Maybe a step up from other buffets. The cleanliness (floors, tables, bathroom) is just OK. Its about like most buffets. They arent setting the bar higher or anything like that. However the food presentation is nice and the buffets themselves are def cleaner than most. The cost is very reasonable.

I was a little skeptical of this place because of an earlier review claiming there were cockroaches. I didnt see any and I was vigilant. The food was fresh and we went 20 minutes before closing. My tea glass never reached the bottom. Which is saying something because I guzzle it down. There dessert bar had more than a typical buffet. It was all well presented and very good. I will definitely return.

The water was ok. Other than that, the food was, well....bad. No kidding. Everything was just so bleh, for lack of a better term. Too saucy, off flavors, most too mushy, some too tough, off-tasting noodles, old soup, and even the fried crispies were generic, stale and odd looking and not fresh at all. Ive tasted much better Chinese food at any given food court by a long shot.

Was excited after reading the reviews decided to give it a try. Never in my husbands or I life ever had such horrible food. Were by far from being picky. All of the food tasted old. You had around 3 things to choose from for your salad. Literally everything we tried was bad! Paid around $30 to only drink tea and eat a fortune cookie. Very disappointed.
