Pros: Food was what I expected of an Asian Fusion. Wait Staff was attentive and courteous. Place looked clean inside and out with many options from well made sushi, a cook to order Mongolian bar and wide selection of steamer station foods. Con: Sushi Bar operator should be fired for commencing a verbal and then a physical altercation with another customer. Dont care whos at fault but if your in a customer service field, you treat your customers with respect, and if you are disrespected, you converse with management instead of contributing to it spiraling out of control. I watched, after I asked my server to call the police and was told it was not necessary, and after a few minutes the Customer (Not the supervisor) called Euless Police to report the actions of the Sushi Employee. (several employees had to get in the middle of both parties to prevent it from becoming physical yet still the CUSTOMER had to call the police! In the end, I will not go back until I hear that this person no longer works at this establishment. Management, do something about this! Thanks.

I think I finally know what it feels like to be a black person. Right away when I entered they made us paid first, Ive never been to a sit down restaurant where they made you paid first, even if Im a high school student. It was strange but alright. Second, customer service here is horrendous, Im not sure whether this is because they just came from China last week but I asked for a dinner with a drink, they charged me for it and kept insisting I ordered just the dinner with water. You know whatever I lost $2. After all that, it was obvious we got the eye of all the staff in the restaurant and they kept staring at us while we ate, very uncomfortable. The food here is satisfactory, its edible, nothing really special about it. I feel so ashamed for coming and eating here. Your honestly better going a couple doors down to Thai Papaya Garden.

Worst customer service ever! I asked the waitress for a spoon and she pointed at the buffet. I said "well you didnt want a tip I guess" and she went to get me a spoon and slammed it on the table. Got some food and went back to my table where she was with the customer in the booth behind me... She turned and ran into me and everything but my soup fell to the ground. She laughed and walked away.. No Im sorry.. No let me get you another plate.. Just a laugh and out. I walked out to pay knowing I wasnt going to tip and they started talking to each other about me Im sure... I paid, put a huge zero on tip and before I even got to the door she was talking trash again. I will never go back there again, and im guessing they could care less.

The food is fantastic for a buffett and decently priced. However, its not worth the customer service. Recently decided to quit going because the entire staff, minus one of the younger waitresses always made me feel unwanted. Never smiling, always staring me down as I pick food up on the line and even as Im eating. Whats funny is I noticed them always being polite to caucasian guests. And after reading these reviews its pretty obvious theyre racists. Its really a shame such a good restaurant has to tarnish thier business so unprofessionally. Best advice, go to King Buffett off Glade Rd instead. Foods not as good, but at least they know how to take care of thier their customers.

First time visiting this place and the last!! Very rude server!! I wasted my money!! Even the food is not all that good!! Chose to give this place a chance because its close to my house. Bad experience with rude server!! She should not be working serving customers or needs to be trained if the restaurant hopes to keep customers. I had alot of customers for them. Im not telling people not to go to this buffet just a heads up on this no class server. Maybe youll get lucky and get one of the good ones :). China Buffet in Hurst right across the mall is a whole lot better not only in customer service but in food variety and quality!

Great Buffet!!! The restaurant is super clean not like most Asian buffets. The food is great. This buffet has quality dishes not just Americanized Chinese food. They have whole fired fish, crab legs, mussels, and squid on the dinner buffet. The sushi is the best I have seen for a buffet other than a buffet that serves nothing but sushi like Ninja sushi in Arlington, TX. They even serve authentic Chinese roast pork, you usually have to go to a Chinese BBQ to get that. Friendly and welcoming staff and amazing atmosphere. This is must try buffet. Quality establishment, I will definitely be a return customer. A++

HORRIFFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GO HERE! Waitress was rude, unhygienic, and unaccommodating when repeatedly asked to calm down. Management unavailable. And lastly the Hostess denied our coupon (no shock considering we complained about the horrendous customer service). GO TO KING BUFFET ON GLADE ROAD AND HYW 121 -- just a few miles up the road! King Buffet is same price, same variety, same quality, WITHOUT THE HOSTILITY!

Waitress was great, idk her name tho. They have about 80 food items. Really anyone can find something here. Even if you just make eggs @ the mangolian grill thingy. I didnt feel any racism towards me and the family like those other post said. Bathroom ok tho 2-3 yr olds 2.99 (I came on Sunday) Adults 11.79 (Again this is Sunday) My total was 28.75 ish. w/ waters

Great buffet, fresh, perfectly flavored for my palate. Lots of great choices, and a few I wouldnt try again such as what looked to me like an egg roll, and fried pork rib. But who knew baked Salmon with cheese on top would be so delicious?! Fresh fruit and salad bar too. I couldnt get to everything the first visit, at lunch, so Ill have to come back for more.

Food was so bad.. Tough & dry sesame chicken, unpeeled cooked shrimp seemed like it was 3 days old and had a oily and doughy texture once peeled , lo mein was over cooked and under seasoned. Sashimi over rice was a bad...it was like eating rubber! Kimchi was so disgusting and beef short ribs were so tough. Asian King Buffet in Hurst is so much better.

Overpriced. Bland food. Sushi guy watches you while you eat. Service was meh. On a Saturday night they were routinely out of crab legs with over 20 min delay before refreshing them. Extreme language barrier as the staff and management barely speak English. Do yourself a favor and go to Asian Buffet in N Arlington or A1 Buffet in Irving.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully, the staff is very rude. The sushi man treated others (and myself) with lots of unnecessary attitude. The food is not good and tasted unpleasant. No body deserves to be treated badly for no reason. I will never go here again and I would definitely suggest no body goes here.

Terrible so-called Chinese, etc. food. Not fried when sign above said name of fried food. Tilapia not cooked. Handful of people in this huge warehouse buffet. Misleading Advertisement and find a way out of accepting Coupons. Not inviting, not attending to guests as arrived to be seated.
