Im never come back again since they basically ripped me off of my money tonight. Little story on what happened: I came to the place with my family and we ate like we normally do. Now, when it come down to when we got the check, I originally had a 38.92 total and placed down a 3.00 tip - making the overall total (total + tip) around 41.92 when I handed back the merchant receipt. Well, when I came back home and casually checked my online bank statement, the total came back as a 46.75 in the transactions list. I knew something was totally off from that so I called them back right away, demanding why in the world did I get charged 46.75 and not the intended 41.92 -- and they basically gave me the run around. Told me that they havent put in the tip yet and the total on their system came out 38.92 and they said I should check with the bank because its probably "their fault". (Yeah, right. If I was charged something from the bank, it would appear on the statement as a certain charge/fee --- not MORE money from YOUR restaurant than I know what I put down on both customer and merchant copy.) So, from it all, I ended up thinking that the waiter that I had somehow changed my 3.00 tip to an 8.00 one - boosting the total to the 46 range and the restaurant basically was covering his butt and their butt for doing that when I called and confronted them about it. (I would have gladly taken them to court for stealing money.) Other than that, it was an overall okay place with a nice atmosphere and decent food that my family and I enjoyed and it would have been stayed that way...if it wasnt the fact that they did that to us tonight.

I knew that this was going to be bad from the moment I walked in. Had to use restroom and they were filthy. Told mgt about it and they didnt appear too concerned. Then got my food sat down and realized that the food was cold from a hot area. Then someone at table next to me started playing their music from smart phone. I told mgt and nothing done. Then I decided to leave after having only MAYBE 7 bites of food, told them that I would just get something from the grill to go. Ok said. I get up to pay and they were going to charge for both the buffet that I couldnt eat and then weigh the grill order thus paying for 2 meals. BS. I explained to the man at counter/cashier and he said that he couldnt do anything about it. Talk about poor customer service! DO NOT eat here. Had I been able to give zero stars, I would.

My and my wifes experience was great. Cant believe it had been opened four years and we just found out about it. We have been back every week and brought others. Very nice restuarant ... expected one that nice to be in a stand alone facility and not in a strip mall. Large restaurant and nicely decorated. The people were very nice and attentive. Everything really clean. And the best was that the food was delicious! They had sushi, mongolian grill, and then about 60+ other items in the buffet. Each item was done very well. And just a few were average but not bad by any means. Cooking such a large variety so well is hard to do and weve never seen that before so it was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this restaurant. Again, weve started going weekly and bringing other.

Hey Dawn so what ended up happening with your bank statement after the transaction cleared. You failed to leave that part out. I have had a similar situation where the total did not match up with my receipt and two days later BAM it was accurate. Sometimes a transaction does not appear up to the exact amount right then and there. Given a few days it will be right. But here is another question if you really did get ripped off why didnt you keep your copy of the receipt and go back up there to get what you did not put down as a tip back? And if they didnt give you your money back is when you should have talked to someone else. Something about your review sounds sweet and sour...

Very unfriendly business, My girl friend and two of my best friend visited this business. I wasnt anywhere near finished with my first plate of food when the waitress brought us the bill and asked me to pay now. We have long hair and beards and ride motorcycles, our girls have tattoos. So this waitress hovers over our table as if we were going to dine and dash...at 53 years old. I have never been so disrespected on an evening out. The manager was informed about our experience and tried to give us a discount card (after we buy 10 more meals) No thanks. We just wont ever return to a business who blows off people that always tip very well.... NO TIP FOR YOU...! "Soup Nazi"

Wow. Very frustrated raters on this location. The Mongolian grill is awesome. Made to order. Sushi is always fresh and can be made to order. Desert bar is always fresh. Salad bar is always kept clean and rotated. The soup selection is typical. Floors are kept clean, tables and booths as well. Service is prompt. Plates removed promptly and always courtesies in all dealings. Every time I visit there are no less than five tables occupied. So I do not understand the complaints. Anyone that had been here when I have been always seem happy with the atmosphere and the service. Rarely are their cause for pause only praise.

After reading some of the reviews on here, I had to comment. The food here is good. While it is not extremely authentic Chinese food, I think you will be hard pressed to find a restaurant with 100% Chinese food. However, my wife is Chinese and I lived in China for 4 years and we both agree the the food here is pretty good, reasonably priced and there is a very good selection. I think they do a very good job at providing exactly the things you go to a buffet for. If you want something other than that, dont go to a buffet.

Had poor service decided to sit down and order something off the menu and we finally got our soups like 15 mins after ordering them with our food and got served out of out a foam cup when the then it took them fighters mater after that when it came t was going brought my food then it took them another seven mins before they had my mothers food at will not be back and will not be mentioning it to anybody else to go and come here to eat had horrible and rude service and will not be returning

For the first couple of years I would have given it four stars. It was a FAVORITE place to enjoy great food. Unfortunately, it steadily began to decline and our visits were further and further apart.. until the last one when the food was so abysmal and limited that we swore not to return. They removed several of our favorite foods, including the very yummy custardy desert they once had. Were done with Buffet Palace. Its that bad and sadly... the last chinese buffet thats nearby.
