On Saturday after an hr of deliberation my family of 6 and I finally decided we would have KFC for dinner, well biggest mistake of my life. As I recived my order we proceeded to check order before driving off well the had left everything fallber and top to gravy was not closed correctly which happen to spill all over our clothes and all over my interior causing grease stains. When confronted with the manager in charged she proceeded to tell me it wasnt greasy it was just water as the drive thru cashier stood their the so called manager named Patricia who doesnt even exist started cusing and yelling about me being upset. I called customer service as I was parked at the window waiting to have my order remade and somehow inconvenience her for waiting my issue taken care of SMH. I did receive a call from a Patricia AGM for KFC stating Store manager would contact me but to my dismay well its been days and havent received a call of concern from anyone else. What a shame after making several trips to this location its sad that they would treat their customer like crap. They dont even deserve the star I rated but wouldnt let me post without it.

The people are so sweet here. Everyone knows KFC has the best green beans known to man kind. I was madly craving them and sped down there before closing one night and they were out! They were so upset because green beans are one of the things they ALWAYS have plenty of left overs at the end of the night. They insisted they make more for me. It would only take 7 minutes. Here is a tea to sip while you wait, and so on...

They never give you your right order or replace a food item with anything of there choice without even asking drive thru employees are rude they close the window in your face as soon as you pay them without a thank you .or nothing pot pie was cold and in bottom is not even ready not a good place to eat

Since I moved here my favorite. Others like Popeyes 100% grease churchs theyre not cook the chicken well. And Kentucky for me is good and well cooked and the taste is just right
