Wings grossly undercooked and inedible. Informed server when asked how our meal was and he nonchalantly responded, "other than that was everything else okay?" "That was our meal, so....." (I mean the iced tea was okay I guess...) He had to ASK if we "wanted to talk to a manager or something?" He never asked if we wanted something else or a remake of our food. I said I really didnt care at that point but my colleague said yes, please. Manager arrived and made excuses why the product wasnt good, that they hadnt gotten other complaints today (we were one of the first customers of the day), and then diverted to telling us about a new shrimp dish that was coming. She did remove the food from our bill because we couldnt eat it, but several charges for sauces we never received were left on there. The server never returned with the change leftover from my bill. We wont be returning.

A COCKROACH about 3 inches long was on the table crawling toward our food! My husband killed it with the pepper shaker. Its later in the night, only one other person in the dining area. We moved to another table. Server sees all this and ignores us. So when she comes over w the check we tell her what happened, she shrugs and says shell tell the manager. Were waiting and waiting. Finally she comes back and we ask if she told the manager. Apparently hes busy talking to another employee. Finally he comes over and is so fake nice to us, says that never has happened before. Asks to see the cockroach, probably bc he thinks were lying? Not sure, but we showed him. He gave us the one round of beer we had for free. Ive worked in a lot of casual restaurants and was shocked at the attitudes there. Definitely not going back to the Lewisville location.

Ordered wings to go, I guess the girl working the counter wasnt happy with a 10% tip. Well then I get home, and I find no carrots or celery but four containers of blue cheese. I called and spoke to the same girl who says celery and carrots doesnt come with the wings. I said really, all other buffalo wild wings they do. Then she says I ordered four containers of blue cheese, no I didnt. Asked to talk to the manager who said I could drive back and she would give me the celery and carrots. Yes I will drive back 10 miles each way, hell no. Then she said she could give me a coupon discount for a future order, basically I said no thanks. Anyhow NOT A HAPPY CAMPER and wont be going back to Lewisville. location

Wanted to watch the Spurs game Mothers Day evening without a crowd so a gf and I came here. Waited on quickly and lots of advice since I hadnt been since they changed the menu. We ordered fried pickles appetizer, one large order of wings (honey bbq/ thai curry), and an order of fries. Food came quickly, but boy it was a lot! Probably 24 + wings in the large and we couldnt finish it. We ordered a large since it was $18.99 and $10 + for any size below with only 8 wings or so. Will share a medium the next time. Great visit and your average wing place. Will return most likely.

Stop before you got to this location, JUST GOT TO WINGSTOP. Going on a Tuesday? Make sure to order extra sause and a mixture of wings. Its been twice that they have given me wings with minimal sauce! Might as well have ordered sauceless wings! Also if youre thinking of eating here on a Tuesday, be prepared to eat their abnormal huge wings. Really made me feel like I got the crap wings theyve been dodging to use all week. Placing an order to go? CHECK CHECK CHECK your order, the people there dont know what they are doing. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very poor service - after being ignored upon arrival, we waited one hour for food, then only one of the party of 2 was served. When the 2nd party was served, (15 mins later - 1 hour, 15 mins total) the order arrived wrong! No effort was made by management to remedy the mistakes. The irony is: it was NOT even busy when the mistakes were made! The waitress did make a quick quip of an apology for the delay - nothing about the incorrect order. We were so hungry, we just ate what we got when we got it. Good menu, very poor service and management!

I am still in the parking lot of this place. This place gets two stars because of Cruz, everyone including management is absolutely terrible! I placed a to go order, and while standing at the empty cash register five employees and a manager walked passed me not once but twice. Not one person asked if I was ok, needed help or even said hello. Like customer service is not a priority at all. Thanks to Cruz he apologized and made sure my order was correct, he is the only reason I decided to pay for my order. I will never eat here again.

Horrible service I never would think in 2017 would I experience such rudeness from the manager of the store I walked in on game day for the cowboys just to enjoy wings with a friend I was not greeted and was pretty much ignored then a lady and her three children walked in behind me and was greeted right away and seated immediately as if I wasnt there I will never step foot in a Buffalo Wild Wings again that was an insult as the general manager stood there also then finally greeted me terrible terrible terrible! Where do I start the menu process is all over the place its bad when you ask the server how many does it come it should be on their,Second the wings were not crispy at all and thee sause is dry no flavor all you get is spicyness on your mouth no deliciousness and ranch is not homemade at least how tasted it.The only good thing here are the fries and drinks.If you want good wings that are superb go to wings top.Finally over priced 71 bucks for barely any wings. WINGSTOP IS BETTER!!!! Overall it was indecent

I go to bww numerous times thru out the month never had any complaints nor i like to complain, but in this location customers need to be aware of the awful customer service. They messed up my order asked for boneless and end up with dry bone in traditional wings which i dont like at all and ended up being cold which made the experience and the taste of the wings awful. Customer service wasnt on point took 15 mins to come refill our drinks i dont know if id go back.

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings at least once a week. I did not have a great experience this time. Service started out great, but then a larger group came in and service went to crap. I had to track down another server for a refill. I had to wait several minutes for my payment to be taken. Once it was taken, there was no comment, he just grabbed the stuff and was gone. I did have good food, that is what saved it from 1 star.

The best place for drinks and food in a fun setting. From the moment we stepped in the door until we left it was all really great. We were greeted and waited on by Lexi, who was super courteous and fast. Steve stopped by to check on us and Brendan did too. Such a great staff and the food was awesome too. Make this your go to destination for food and fun, whether youre a sports fan or not.
