I had the worst service I have ever received at BWW. I walked in was greeted by the host asked to sit in the bar area walked in sat down was greeting by no one the bartender walked by twice made eye contact with me and just kept walking. It took a server 7 mins to come greet and ask for a drink order. I finally looked over at the table full of two managers and employees sitting in the bar area chatting and having a good time. when I made eye contact with the blonde heavy manger in the blue shirt he got up and walked away. then I ordered my food 5 traditional wings and wedges with cheese. When my food came there was not wedges I asked and she said oh I will check on it. After I was done eating my wedges showed up. I sent them back and told her this was unacceptable then she brought my check and said she let her manager know and the manager never came and talked with me or was making rounds checking on tables. So go the Lewisville location this one sucks...........

I really love Buffalo Wild Wings...I prefer their wings over most of the other places around. Most recently, I placed a to go order, and when I got to the store, they had forgotten to enter the order. I spoke with the manager who apologized, but they and indicated it would be another 15 minutes of waiting and didnt offer to make it right (didnt offer a free soda while I waited or anything else for the inconvenience). In contrast, the Beltline location has always had great service, no wait, so I think its just a training issue at this location.

The food is good, that I will give them, however this particular franchise is uptight and over compensating for an earlier event where staff were fired for padding tabs. The bar area has no soul any more as it did in the past and you get the feeling you are being watched the whole time. Do not exceed 3 beers in an hour as that will get you cut off, so no hot wings guys and no hard celebration during games. It may have something to do with location, it is after all right across the road from six flags over Jesus (Prestonwood baptist mega church)

Thank goodness Buffalo Wild Wings plays NFC North, our stupid cable provider at home (Time Warner) doesnt offer NFC North so we cant catch any of the Packers games. We have been catching the games at this location for a while and luckily they dont mind us camping out. The wings are decent, beers are a good price, and the atmosphere is where it needs to be. Thankfully, theyve upgraded their Trivia games to work on the iPhone, so we enjoy that as well. Cant wait for the next season, we will be back!

DISCLAIMER: I ONLY go at night. So my review is solely based on the night shift. My review in new way is about the day/afternoon What that said. I work night shift at my job our lunch is late. So I always put my order in in advance online Im talking 3 sometimes 5 hours early. Every time I go nobody greets me which is not too bad but then my orders never ready, some employees sit around not doing any work, and theyre always disorganized and act like they dont know whats going on.

I ordered my wings, and it never came in. The waiter said that it must have went to the wrong table. He then said I didnt have to pay for it and hell get me a new order. I waited another 30 minutes and after I asked how long would it take for the wings, he then told me that he scrapped the order and thought I wasnt going to eat. Waste of time...and left hungry while all my soccer friends ate after a game. Never eating here again! Worst place ever!

I dont really like this place. It is more of a sports bar than a wing joint. Lots of wings, lots of sauces, lots of TVs. The wings are all the same except for the sauce. and the sauce is very thick. I like wings spicy and flavorful but these are jut dripping with sauce. If you are primarily interested in beer with friends and watching the game, this is a great place. If you are primarily interested in chicken wings, I dont recommend it.

Rather expensive for what you get. Ordered to go. Asked for one 8 piece boneless hot wings and one 8 piece parmesan & garlic wings, both orders were boneless. Ticket said verified by Ben and celery and carrots were in the bag separate, got home and there was no celery and carrots. So order was wrong and missing items, but cost $18. Not a good value. The chicken seemed a bit rubbery.

Always a great stop. Food is always great, beers are always cold, nice servers, good pricing and tons of TVs to watch the game at. Cozy patio seating too. Doesnt get as busy at the Addison location just a few miles away, so I tend to stop here if I am feeling the craving for wings and football. If nationwide chain type wings and bar fare is your thing, this location is a great stop.

I give the food and service 5 stars. Excellent wings and the wait staff is also good. I subtract 2 stars for the corporate restaurant environment and the pressure to join their online apps. I have no need for such childish gimmicks and dislike when the staff seems forced to try and hard sell the online information collection scam.

Could be better... The staff is really slow to take care of your orders and getting them to you. They are quick at seating you though, thats about Tue only quick thing they get done. The food is hit or miss and the random wandering captain is absolutely useless; so far they only end up disturbing the meal.

Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck FINALLY has a beef on weck on their menu. No, it isnt a traditional weck, but still one of the best sandwiches you can shove in your pie hole. The wings and sauces are fine at BW3 but it makes for a great place to watch games, have some wings (and now a weck), and a cold brew.

Came in during lunch for take-out, was greeted immediately and my order was taken right away. Both my greeter and cashier were very friendly and personable. While I was waiting for my food another employee ask if I wanted a drink while I waited. Great restaurant, great customer service!

Wings and Cheese Curds were pretty good, service was pretty sub-par. The drinks were good but my waiter failed to ask me if I wanted another one for around 45 minutes, then once I finally got a second drink he took it away when it was still 1/3 full. I will add that it wasnt very busy.

Wait Staff was GREAT! I came in and was seated fast. My waiter Bianca was very presentable, and outstanding positive attitude. My food came quickly and she was great about checking on me to see if I needed anything. Thank for the great hospitality Ill be sure to come back frequently!

Used to have pretty questionable service here, but fortunately now I can say pretty much the entire staff here is quick, helpful, nice and knows not to overdo the constant check ups to see if you need anything else like so many places have the tendency to force from their servers.
