BUYER BEWARE! THIS LOCATION STEALS! Ive had issues with this PH location for the better part of 2016, and I take full responsibility for continuing, up until this point, to give them my business. That said, in just nine months, Ive endured 2-hour wait times, including an incident where I subsequently cancelled an order through their terrible call-center service that youre redirected to whenever you try to call the store, only for the food to still be delivered cold and my credit card charged after weve gotten dinner elsewhere in the meantime. The final straw is when just last week, I ordered some food and the driver helped himself to a $5.00 tip on my behalf. If I hadnt gotten the notification through my credit card company, I wouldnt have known. The driver was a slim, white male, with a clover tattoo on his wrist. I called the store manager and my credit card company to have the charge revoked. SAVE YOUR MONEY! The food at this particular Pizza Hut is notoriously sub-par more often than not. That coupled with the frustration of dealing with delinquent drivers who try to steal from you is more than a notion. Youll get a better deal and service from the local Dominos.

I never do this but here i go. This pizza hut has screwed my order up the past 3 times Ive ordered from them. The first time... After waiting about an hour, i get a call saying we went to the wrong address and we will be on our way. An hour and half later they come to my door and deliver a pizza that is cold. Oh and they forgot my sauce. The second time... After waiting about 45 minutes we received a call from an unknown number saying they delivered our pizza to the wrong address.. AGAIN!! Third Time... I never received my pizza!!!!! We still ended up paying for both orders. I wish Wize Guys was still around because this Pizza Hut STINKS!

Ordered my pizza online for a future time and I came by early. Thankfully they didnt have it ready, if they did, I would have raised an eyebrow. The lady at the counter (Marnay?) was awesome, very customer friendly. I forgot to enter my free breadsticks code, but she gave them to me anyways. Thats how you treat a customer. If Im ever in the area again, I will be back! ☺️ Only negative thing I can think of was trying to reach the store directly. I call the nunber and it goes to some call center, which does nothing but keep you on hold; but I cant fault the store for that.

I placed my order like 2 hrs ago. I called the store and the "Manager" said that someone came to my apartment and knocked and even called the number on the receipt... I stayed home waiting on my order and nothing. This store is literally the far worst that I have came across. The "manager" offers to get me a new fresh order I asked how long will it take... she says 30-45 minutes... seriously by that time I will be going to bed... Then the manager tells me "ok.... hope you have a great night"... seriously!!!!!!

I have never given a bad review but this one deserves it! It took over 50 minutes before I called to cancel because they just dont care how long it takes to deliver pizza! More than 50 minutes for a pizza ? Are you kidding me ! This pizza hut is on the same street where i live ! Less than 10 minutes away the only explanation is that their lazy and dont care. i just dont understand

Ordered a large thin crust pepperoni for delivery. Waited an hour. Not bad wait time for a Wednesday pm. Got the pizza. Straight out of a freezer somewhere. Pizza was ice cold. Crust was rock hard. Called the store transferred to a voice mail and then ignored. Called back to store. Nasty attitude and transferred to voice mail AGAIN. So not going to order from pizza Hut again.

Worst terrible Pizza Hut in existence! Not only is management terrible but so is how the store is run! Someone needs to check up on this place from corporate. The General Manager Yvette is the one that is always rude on the phone, she constantly gets into arguments not only with her own employees but customers and guest too! Dont order from this place ever

I ordered online 2 pizza 6.99. When i came to pick up, They said that they didnt see my order. But i showed them my phone screen about the order. And they said they have no idea about prob from techical. And asked me must wait 20mins if i wanted to order that time again. But i couldnt wait because i was on way to work. Bad experience

Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 was wrong when delivered. Called the location turns out all calls are now routed to customer service and was on hold for 19 minutes, only to be told my new pizza would be ready in 15 minutes for pickup. hate to say it but most pizza huts in the kingwood/humble area are terrible!!

I ordered my pizza on my app on my phone and it was suppose to be here at 7:54 and it did not get here till 8:20 and it was not hot it was almost cold. I think I should get a discount on my next order or a free one that is the worst service I have ever gotten from them.

The food was not good. Hard cold pizza. It was cut ridiculously asymmetrical (tiny and large pieces) as if they didnt even pay attention. Missing toppings. I will never buy from here again. Pizza hut, very dissappointing. How the mighty have fallen.
