The good: Food is delicious. I almost always get the Pei Wei Spicy Chicken. I love it. The bad: The portions are small. Ton of rice and not enough chicken. I started ordering extra chicken (I pay extra for it) and still not enough. And its not like Im 500lbs, Im an average size man. Im always wanting about 50% more meat to get full. Im not much of a rice person... Tastes like nothing to me. Guess I have to order 2 orders. But I keep going back because the food is great. Pei Wei, if your reading this, PLEASE serve normal amounts of meat!!!! Any other Chinese restaurant will cram the box full of meat. Pei Weis portions is like a kids portion

Tried again for a second time, thinking the first was a fluke of bad cooking. Second time wasnt better, except this time I was smart enough to not eat more than a bite and get my $ back. Absolutely NO FLAVOR AT ALL, despite the color they throw on it. Asked the mgr. how they cooked it, basically several layers of oil and sauce. Rice was hard and dry-egg rolls tasted like rotten grease-chicken was flavorless with bad sauce trying to hide the fact. Service was fine-grateful they gave my $ back and didnt make me eat it. Better chance buying a cookbook and eating at home.

I suppose if you are a connoisseur of Asian cuisine this might not be your kind of place, but I would assume you know that before trying it. If you are the average person looking for something different then this is a really great choice. The portions are generous and the service has always been quick. I have never been unhappy with the food I ordered here. My wife and kids think they keep it a bit too cold in the dining area and I wish they hadnt moved the chili paste behind the counter, but they give you a good sized helping of it when you ask for some.

The staff was attentive. The place is clean. The table and dispensers all look clean and well kept. Order and food preparation were quick. The chicken kung pao with fried rice was too salty. The fried rice was soft, fluffy and has a nice mixed of veggies with eggs. The chicken was too salty although the nut caramelized nicely. I would recommend going for white rice to absorb the saltiness if you order the same dish.

i ate the teriyaki chicken and my stomach was upset for 3 days. Not sure if it was the excessive grease or what, but those 3 days were not fun. Id eaten a piece of toast for breakfast and was already not feeling well by dinner, so i know it was the chicken. First time eating at this location. others from my office have gotten salads and things from there and been fine, so hopefully isolated...just beware.

I rated Pei Wei a 5 star, because of the food and service. I ordered a togo order and Nicole and Osvaldo went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct. They had great customer service, and this location will continue to get my business! Thanks Nicole, i wish every place in the area had someone with your attitude and attentiveness on their staff!!

I lived in Kingwood for about 10 years and this was one of my favorite places to eat in all of Kingwood! I go back a few times a year and its the first place I eat when I go back and the last before I leave. I hate that they dont have any where I live. (Atlanta area) Great food, fast service, and good prices. You just cant beat Pei Wei!

Decently priced Asian fusion food, which is always fresh and consistent no matter in which Pei Wei location you go. Service quality will vary depending on where you go but so far this one in Kingwood was always good. Just knocking off one star because sometimes the wait can be a bit lengthy depending on when you go there

I love eating here with my family, and sometimes while I wait for my sister to get off work. It is crowded most of the time, but I think its worth it. I love getting the Teryaki chicken and lettuce wraps. Its fantastic.

We used to love Pei Wei. Now it has gotten terrible. Sushi was awful. All dried out. We ordered some takeout also: lettuce wraps. No lettuce in the bag and no sauce. Havent. been back since.

I love Asian food especially fried rice. This rice was dry. The other 4 people first timing eating here were very disappointed in food. Order taker Looked exhausted. No greeting.
