I have seen the bad reviews on here and I have seen the good ones. I have eaten here and had them deliver to my place of business many times and I have always been thrilled with the service, the food and the attitude of everyone there. The portions are enormous, the hot and sour soup is the absolute best in the area. I have looked high and low for a decent Chinese food place since coming to Texas in 2009 and Gold In has never let me down. It isnt some fancy schmancy high end restaurant, it is a family owned and operated place that is consistantly wonderful. Give it a try and see what I mean. Thank You Gold In for the wonderful service and fast delivery.

The food was delicious. Ive gotta say Ive never been before but went with my vegetarian friend. We wanted Chinese food and were looking in Keller. I do have to agree with a few other reviewers it isnt a buffet or fancy. The people who work here dont speak good English either. However, its great food. I will eat here again, more than likely a take out next time though. They are friendly and do their best to understand what you want. She called someone on the phone that spoke good English to help us due to our requests. She also helped us bag everything when we were ready to leave and gave us all the extras needed. A good experience overall.

We LOVE this place.... Weve lived in the area for the last eight years, and have been eating there at least monthly or every other month. The other day I asked the family if they wanted to try another Chinese restaurant, because Gold-In was closed on Sundays, just so we could try something else. They decided that they wanted burgers instead, because they didnt want to chance it with another Chinese food place. Dont let the outside appearance fool you - this is good food.

Weve probably been here 30 times over the past few years. It was our favorite, but has gotten progressively worse over the past few months. The new menu is more expensive, portions are smaller, and it takes longer than ever to get our food when we order carry out. It always takes longer than quoted now. I dont think we will be back. To be fair, the food is delicious, but thats just not enough to keep us coming back anymore. Disappointing.

Just moved to Fort Worth from San Antonio we have tried so many Chinese places. This is the best Chinese food we have found. Great portions. You can taste the freshness in the vegetables. The egg rolls are really good. The Mongolian beef and sesame chicken is what we ordered and we loved it. I recommend this place. Still not better than San Antonio but this will curb our cravings while were here.

You order at the counter and the food is brought to you at the table. Portions are generous and they added a barbecued pork kabob which was very good and a Eggroll. The Mongolia Beef was fine,smother in nondescript sauce. Kung Pao Chicken tasted a little off, my wife didnt finish it. It had a slight vinegar taste to it.

I have lived in Keller for over 20 years and have never gone here. Finally I went this past week and I ordered the lo mein and crab rangoon and orange chicken. Fresh and delicious. They made it fresh and it only took 10 minutes. They were very nice also. I will be back. Im going to go today. M. Williams

Showed up for the lunch buffet that doesnt exist. Placing my order was very awkward due to a language barrier.. Ended up having to point to what I wanted.. Bad sign when you pull up to a place and there are no cars in front. Was the only person eating here at 1230 in the afternoon.

I dont know what the rest of these posers are taking about, this place is awesome. You spend 40 bucks and have delicouse Chinease food for the rest of the week. And the service is wonderful. Every time I go in they greet me kindly and quickly make my order.

We rarely order take-out but decided to try Gold In because of the other two positive reviews. The food is great and the portions are enormous. One order is more than enough for two people. We have more than enough left over for tomorrow...yummy!

Food was good and huge lunch portions. I got the steak pepper which was a bit spicy for me but good. Cant go wrong with the sweet and sour chicken. Egg rolls are big and taste good. Even have great tasting fortune cookies.
