We ordered this sunday, May 8th for dinner delivery. Eating in is usually decent and sometimes good. But sometimes we have board game night and get delivery. The last few times havent tasted great. This Sunday was the worst. We all had stomach aches from the food and digestive issues hours after eating. My friends got the fried rice plates and I chose sushi (cooked) and sweet chicken. The sushi was not even warm, it tasted like it had been sitting out. As well as my chicken. My friend who devours his food there left it untouched. It was weird too because ordering takes at least an hour and they were there in 20 minutes. I suspect they were closing soon and decided to give us re heated food... my friends are die hard fans of the place and dont want to eat there for awhile. Im swearing off it. Besides the last few times i dined in, I choose to drink water. Twice Ive received water that was soapy. Which is understandable because they need to wash fast and have a pace. I asked to please bring me a new cup or wash this one out a few times. Both times Ive been scorned and they acted like I said something insane. The cups get washed and sometimes residue happens, its fine but please just give me no soap water to drink.

Extremely bland. Will never order here again. Customer service wasnt that great via phone and delivery.. Theyre very short with you and not great at greeting. I can only think of a couple times I have ever eaten chinese/Asian food that was so unappetizing that I threw it all away, despite spending nearly $20, and would never order there again.. This was one of those times. I got Kung Pao chicken - not spicy whatsoever and very bland.. Hardly had any chicken, was mainly bell pepper (which i dont like). Also got fried rice - the rice was the most unappetizing.. It was basically white rice with egg in it. Had no flavor whatsoever and nothing I added to it helped, so the trash was the only fix. Usually, even if the place isnt that great, it is at least is tolerable but this one is not. The only good thing about it was egg roll I got.. Definitely was NOT worth my money and I regret purchasing from here. Never returning. Ignore the good reviews... This place sucks and I dont know what they found "amazing" about it.

Meh, food is only okay. Ordered in today since it was just a nice lazy day off, and saw the menu had quite a variety. Ordered a mix of things like sushi rolls, red curry, beef soba noodles, cucumber seaweed salad, and miso for me and my husband. The sushi was the best part by far, but the curry was not for me... taste preference thing I know. The Soba and beef was not at all what I expected. Instead of a soup, it was beef with brown sauce chinese style thrown on top of very mushy noodles that I had to really dig for. The flavor was typical beef in brown sauce flavor, nothing special really. The cucumber salad with seaweed was weird only because of the way it was chopped up. Instead of Julienne cuts for the cucumber, it was sliced large pieces, so it was harder to eat but tasted good. Miso was not bad, what I expected. Service was good however. I will go back for the sushi.

I called them up, and I gave the gentleman my address, which was 4 miles from their store. He put me on hold, I assume to check if they deliver to my location, and came back to tell me they DO deliver to my area. I got their website to look over the menu. I finally figured out what I wanted and called back only to find out that the driver decided he didnt feel like delivering to my house tonight. They tried getting me to come to their store. I explained that I have sick family members, and did not think it wise to be carrying them around or taking them to a restaurant and exposing others. That didnt seem to bother him. He advised my family and I should still come up there. I am not glad I didnt order from there. If they actually try to get customers to come in, knowing they are sick, it speaks volumes about the health, safety, and sanitary standards of the restaurant.

I do not know where the people are giving such a bad report are comming from. Every time I have been to this place, when I work closed, it was 1 or 2 times a week, it has been just as good as the first time. The staff is always friendly, quick with bring out drinks, etc. I always get sushi, the new york roll is my favorite. When I try something new, it is always good as well. As many times as I have order for Delevery they have never missed up. I have their number saved in my phone, and I order for delivery as well. First choice for chinesse or Sushi in Texas. I lived in Boston for a number of years, I would even choose this place over resturant I use to eat at in China Town of the orange line. I love this place, and I enjoy it every time I go. I hope this place never changes.

We ordered shrimp lime in, salmon bowl and shrimp green beans. The lime in was salty but it was manageable with ice water. The salmon was over cook to the point where it was bone dry but still manageable with some ice water to wash it down our throats. The green bean was not acceptable! The green bean was overly cooked to dead and extra salty. I notified the waiter and had him tasted the green bean and it was undeniably bad! Yes, the manager offered to cook me a new plate but my wife and I, plus my 4 kids ranging between 10-4 could not wait another 20 minutes so then I refused. After everything was said and done we were charged full price for our bad food. We would never ever come back here for sure.

Extremely dissatisfied! I pick up dinner for my me and my husband, drove all the way to our home in Haslet, to find that they didnt provide us with what I ordered. So my husband calls and drives all the way back up there and asked if there was anything they could throw in for the inconvenience and the manager says "no, it was an honest mistake"....I have no words for that, other than we will NEVER return there and plan on passing that info along to other friends and family that dine there. Word of advise to management there: learn how to treat your customers better before you end up with none.
