i called up to this place and waited for 5 minutes before someone answered, once someone answered all i heard was the phone being taken off the hook and set down somewhere. no one said a word to me even after me asking, now i call back and i get a busy signal from the phone being off the line. you guys suck

Was clean and the lady making my sandwich was nice, but the manager charged extra for a substitution Ive done dozens of times for free, including at this location, and went into a long discourse about it and kept going on about it instead of just letting me pay.
