HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ordered our pizza at 9:11pm,through the app which said would be delivered 9:45, at 10 I call asking delivery status employee Tina said it was out for delivery, (I live a mile down the street) 10:20, I call back again and she said its still the out for delivery, 10:40 I finally decided to head to the restaurant location to cancel my order and speak to a manager, Tina so happened to be the manager, she was rude, condescending, has no idea what customer service skills are, couldnt provide me with a phone number for corporate, and as my husband and I walked away the two employees Jojo and Tina started laughing, I turned around to get their names, got threaten with them calling to police on me, as he was messing with ingredients and also playing with his iPhone. The pizza was never out for delivery, as many reviews show here half the time they deliver hours late or never at all. I will be calling corporate on Monday, save yourself the time and hassle, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. DOMINOES IS DOWN THE STREET.

Ordered online. Wings and pizza. Was emailed and said delivery would be 1245. I called them at 110 to find out where was my food. Was told the pizza Was on the way but the wings had not been cooked yet becaue the fryer was not ready. I was okay with that. However, the pizza did show up around 120. The pizza was very cold, the cheese was hard and discolored, the meat was hard. My son said the pizza must have been sitting in a hot car for 24 hours...lmbo! I happen to totally agree! Will be going back to Dominos from now on. I wont mind anymore paying a little more for better service and a fresh hot pizza.

This store is a joke. There is not one employee that knows anything about customer service. Everytime (4) now they mess up my order. How hard is it to make a half mushroom and half hamburg not a hamburg and mushroom pizza. Half and half. Its a joke. I wished someone from the head office would call me about this issue. Someone name Molly was the mgr tonight but she was not in the store when I asked for her. Then I get home and give the pies to the kids and they come running back and tell me that its wrong then I call up there and the little guy said there is no mgr tonight. No wonder nothing is right.

Ordered pizza at 8:18, email said itd be delivered by 9:07PM. At 9:45PM, I called and was told it was on its way, 30 minutes later...still no pizza. I call and speak to the manager who tells me they did not receive my order, after a brief exchange I tell her one of her employees confirmed my order half an hour earlier. She places me on hold then tells me if I want my pizza itll be at least another 45 minutes because they had lost power a few hours ago...I asked for my pizza and a refund. I understand things happen (power loss or whatnot) but dont lie about the order, just level with me.

Horrible.went in an a employee was sitting on top of the table with his phone then on top of that they didnt have my stuffed crust pizza order ready which I ordered online cause they had no stuffed crust bread so they claim they called me. I mean come on pizza hut that late night shift. Need to do better .. Really ... Not professional .I mean why are you sitting on top of any counter cook line or ect with your butt .. Nasty .. Oh I found the corporate number since you gave me a survey number .

The customer service is always horrible, if you order online it always takes an hour or more for the order to even get to me, and sometimes it has even been left cold and given to me like that. If they dont have something they say they "called" you , or they will just bring something wrong in the order. They were times were I would get Pepsi with my order and they would bring me the wrong drink on purpose, Ive called before to complain about such things and their awful customer service

Phenomenal service when I went. There were some issues with computers when I tried to ring out, but the large order I had was already ready for me by the time I walked in the door. The machine charged me for more than my actual order, but it was corrected not only with them, but the credit card company so I didnt have to deal with that process as well. Food was really good. Not having had Pizza Hut in a while I didnt know what to expect so this was a very pleasant surprise.

Unacceptable!!! I ordered wings at 8.20pm, they say it will be an hour before delivery... At 9.50pm I call them to ask if my order is on the way and they put me on hold for 10 minutes... I call them back at 10pm and they pick up, say were closed and hung up!!! No delivery, we have been waiting for 2 hours and not even a f***** phonecall??? This is the second time pizzahut does this and they just wait until all the restaurants are closed and I cant find any food anywhere

Ordered pizza and it took 1hr and 50 minz. By the tyme I got it, it was cold and they had forgot something. So I called back only to have them tell me theyre closed. They ended up giving me a 20$ credit, so I ordered 8 boneless wings the next day because they were out of bone in wings. But they took the whole 20 $ credit that they gave me for some 8$ wings. Smh. Dominos from here on out. I miss the old Pizza Hut.

We have a screen shot where we ordered pizza over an hour ago, I call and they tell me they didnt get the order tell 30 mins ago and its still a 10 to 15 minute wait.... We live 5 mins away! It should not take 1hr and 10 minutes to get a pizza!!! Also, we are still waiting...! We have used the app before and it only take 30mins, this is terrible and they havent apologized just justified themselves!

Picked my pizza up 20 min before the time they told me it was going to be ready and the pizza was already cold... no biggie put it in the microwave and let my guest eat until a long hair was in the cheese i called the next morning and they said there was nothing they can do about it since it was the next day... first and last time ill be eating pizza hut in terrell.

Pizza Hut was one of my first jobs when I was a kid back in 1974 Ive always liked pizza hut over the rest of the fast food pizza joints but the one in Terrell absolutely SUCKS ordered a supreme medium it was cold and only had 4 toppings for 18.00 I could have went to Walmart and got one out of the frozen food dept that would have tasted better and for 7 bucks
