Im only putting a star because I have to. This place is terrible. I went last night, you the bar area, and it was like a party. The bartender was taking and making free shots for his friends that worked there. I only say they work there because they were freely going in and out of the kitchen wearing plain clothes. I ordered a cup of queso, 20 minutes later, still nothing. Im not a mean person so I just told the bartender to just make it to go with the fajita nachos I ordered. Another 20 minutes passed, I had to leave. The bartender told me you wait because I big table came in and apparently I wasnt worth his time. There was another black customer that had to wait for just a beer for 10 minutes. After the bartender took the tables order he proceeded to take 2 rounds of shots to the kitchen area. Needless to say, the bartender got drunk and started a fight with me about how I was impatient. Yes, impatient for nachos that took more than 40 minutes. I asked for the manager, but the manager doesnt get there until 11:00pm, am hour after they close. Convenient. I wont be back. I thought it would be a good goto but after that, nooope. I will be contacting the owner.

Food is excellent generally. One annoying thing is when you get an order to go, you get a minuscule portion of chips. The hot sauce container is usually half empty instead of filled full. As a big consumer of Mexican food, I believe a big bag of chips and salsa to match is mandatory. I can say competing restaurants in the area give 3-4 times as many chips and full containers of salsa.Today I even asked and paid for extra chips and salsa and still got the mini portion. Since this is clearly a cost cutting measure, I would advise they charge an extra dollar or two to not skimp in this area.

Had a sampler plate to get a taste of a variety of items. Not great but not bad... fellow dinner love this place. Chicken fried steak and american food items said were great... happy hour till 7pm 3.50 margaritas pretty good. Small draft selection only 4 all domestic. This is probably not a place i would frequent weekly. Not bad overall... customer service is fantastic. Thats the bright side of the restaurant.

I hate this place. The service is very, very bad. They are rude, you never see the manager. And they give you the number to call him with your complaint and his staff call him before you get a chance to and he wont answer the phone. The food comes out cold. Never will eat there again. I going to call the health food services on them. The tables around us were dirty for the entire time we were there. Just Nasty

I have been here about 10 times, food is really good, atmosphere is also good, and service is generally okay. Two times I have been dissatisfied with their service, usually due to an apparent new waitress or waiter. I believe in treating people the way you want to be treated & twice now that has happened..........so 80% satisfaction

My family and I absolutely love this place!! We eat here at least twice a week whether its dine in or take out!!!! Vicky is amazing she is very attentive and makes you feel at home. Ive NEVER had to send an order back or had to complain about anything. I recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!

Awesome place to dine in or carry out!! The staff is very friendly! the food, great! My brother and i made a visit for the first time and the young lady, Mary-Ella was extremely sweet, kind and patient. Thanks for making our first visit a great one! we will Definitely be back soon! :)

HORRIBLE.. I ordered meatloaf and after I got I took a couple bites and told him it didnt taste very good.. He didnt ask me what was wrong with it or can I get you something different nope he said "really, they just got it out of the oven, so".. nothing after that and walked away..

Good food, margaritas are good but small glasses. Hot sauce is both fire and spicy hot, not our favorite. Abigail aka Abby is the best server. She remembers my husband needs plenty to drink due to past throat cancer which has makes him happy that he doesnt have to beg for refills.

Reason food may be slow is because the food is made with love from fresh ingredients. Not like an assembly line. We had Fried Catfish/mashed tators and Chik Fried Chik w/broccoli smothered in cheese!!! So delicious we are going back tomorrow. Service was super nice.

Good atmosphere, surprisingly good coffee. Ive been here twice for breakfast and its been a good experience both times. They can be a bit slow, but the service is nice and accommodating, and the food is tasty.

Food was decent. I ordered the chicken fried steak sandwich with fries. The host English wasnt too good but she was a very sweet woman when I attempted to speak Spanish. The vegetables were very good.

Ive never had the food here and mostly come here after a hard day at work for a beer because its one of the few bars here in Irving. The bartender is friendly and fast. Nothing can beat good service!
