Just got home from this restaurant and have been in the restroom several times and so has my daughter. Had to wait a hour for our food and not because our waiter was bad but because he was working his tail off while several other wait staff were on breaks. They were on breaks when we were seated and still on break after we got our food a hour later. We finished eating and was waiting for our check, thats when i noticed the staff that were on break were finally back in off the patio but still werent helping. When i couldnt find my busy waiter and went up to the front to pay there was 5 staff members up front talking and just hanging out. I just wanted to pay and leave but no one can check me out only my waiter. When I went to speak to a manager and informed him he only stated that he just got here and that they were on break. I used to go here a lot but never again. Oh and dont ask for ranch instead of getting the sauces that come with the mean. $3.00 for ranch. I feel sorry for the man waiting on me and the staff working over in the bar. They were the only staff I saw working. My one star is for those staff working. Oh almost for got, the manager offered a free appetizer for my next visit.... If he is there worked. LOL no thank you. Wont be back.

First time at Brewingz and was the last time. I miss wings and more, better quality. Ordered our wings for pick up and when I showed up the atmosphere was obviously different from when it was wings and more. Service sucked, the front desk was disorganized with many clients standing around waiting to pick up. Wings and more had of a section for pick up to avoid clutter to eat in customers. The wings? Worse wings weve ever had. They were small, over cooked, every piece was bone broken so u had a half drumette or partial wingette and both had little meat. It was obvious they use very cheap chicken wings, like the lowest quality you could find. I came across a piece where it had tendon and meat together and a disgusting hard unidentifiable type of flesh which disgusted me right away. I could not eat anyore after that. The flavors were horrible as well. I wish wings and more was still there since they had better quality food, better menu, better service and better atmosphere. Brewingz needs to close their doors permanently to avoid anymore embarrassment from bad reviews. My family will stick to buffalo wild wings or wing stop, never Brewingz.

On the day before Easter 2017 I was passing through Humble on the way to my daughters house in Port OConner Texas. I had lunch , paid then walked out without my wallet. I called the location and talked to the young lady that served us and she said she gave my wallet to the manager and she placed it in the safe when I returned to pick it up it was said to be missing by the manager on duty. He was acting strange so I called the police to make a report of theft. The police narrowed the suspect down to the manager that lied to me about the wallet and he made a confession He told the officer he had taken the wallet and removed the cash and got rid of the rest. The reason I am writing this is because the manager that took the wallet out of the safe and stole my cash is still employed by this company. This dishonest punk is probably handeling your credit cards. I am organizing a campaign on Facebook and twitter to make this knowledge known. If they will knowenly employ a thief they will willfully mistreat your food. That is a fact.

Ive tried to give this place MANY 2nd chances. TERRIBLE service. We got skipped 2 times by the hostess. I mentioned something and she smirked with and said "sorry" like she didnt care. When we got sat down it took them 15 min to take our drink order. She went and took 2 other tables their drinks went and helped 2 more tables that got their afterwards. Was almost 15 minutes later before she started on our drinks. Had to walk out with my hungry family because who knows how long our food was gonna take or if we would even be a knowledged anymore.....TERRIBLE! The last 3 times Ive been there. This place will be shut down eventually cause they dont care about what keeps them in business, their customers. Im not looking for anything free. Just wanted to be attended is all.

Five minutes after I got there, a gentleman dressed in a checkered dark blue shirt stopped and asked if everything was okay to which I replied yes not knowing what was to come. I sat at in the bar area from about 7:30 to 9:30 pm and not even a single server came to ask if I wanted to order anything. I had been there 4 days earlier and the same young lady who had served me a fish and chips meal and was hospitable, just kept passing me by. I know I had left a 20% tip the previous time so it could not have been about the tip,This was a very weird and strange experience.I did not want to cause a scene so I left the place and got served food at a nearby Outback restaurant. I cant figure out how this outfit manages to stay in business.

I have been to this location several times for lunch. They have good specials and pretty good food. But the service is terrible, it does not matter if it is slow or busy I constantly am seated and then sit and wait for 10 minutes sometimes for a server to great my table. I came here just today for my lunch hour, we were sat in an empty section of the restaurant and had three separate servers walk by our table multiple times. I even went up to the hostess and told her no came by. Still after that no one came to our table. We ended up getting up and leaving. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Hate to be this person but once again boneless chicken wings are all over cooked to the point they can barely be stuck with a fork. Each piece is tough and hard and dry. We are constantly having this issue when we get food here and I am pretty tired of paying $27 for overcooked chicken bits. We get take out from this location after work, at least once a week, and I feel we have given this place plenty of our money and chances to be better (having left this exact feedback before), but unfortunately it seems they have no interest in working on this issue, so we likely will not be back.

The food is good but once in a while i do get that undercooked piece that makes me lose my whole appetite. I dont eat IN anymore cuz staff does take forever to take ur order, even if I already know what I want they give me the menu and say theyll be right back to take our order n take over 15 mins. I still do take out and the staff at the front desk is usually very nice. When i do take out it takes me like 20 minutes to get there so my food is ready by then. Regardless of all the set backs i still like the food and will continue to get take out.. unless its margarita night.
