Last night we had a party of 20. They had no idea how to handle it. We waited an hour and a half for beer and liquor. So some of us decided to go to the bar to order our drinks. The manager yelled at us and told us we were in his way and needed to sit down and the curly haired bar tender told us we needed to go to the other end of the bar to order drinks so as we were doing so she screamed across the restaurant that we were trying to walk out on your ticket!!!! It was very embarrassing!!!! After I explained to her what we were doing she continued to talk to us like we were sh***. So many people got up and left last night because of there horrible service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The waitresses are very rude and so is management. We never even ordered food because we just knew it would have been all screwed up. We will never go back!!!!! I suggest going to Buffalo Wild Wings!!!!

Me and my girlfriend went into this place yesterday and there was a waitress and some random guy by the front door and as we passed the lady looked at my girlfriend and started laughing behind her back which was very inappropriate. My girlfriend wanted to speak to a manager but by the looks of things there didnt seem to be a manager around due to the slacking around. My girlfriend got very worked up because the people for some reason decided to sit in the booth behind us and proceed to laugh. Now she starts crying because of how embarrassing it was to be treated like that. Last I checked that was a restaurant not a highschool. We left and we will never go back.

The barkeep was bad ass and the food was great im not real good on names but have been there several times used to go to the other guys but they would not let me reserve for 27 people counting my 75 yr old mother (been going there 2 days a week for 6 months )said i would have to show up (hope and a dream ) brewings (manager jessie ) said sure we will get u rt in and true to their word walked rt in and sat down had 1 main server (summer )and she was all over it thanks ladies and gentlemen keep up the great work Rickey D.

Horrible service, got the order completely wrong . Even though the waitress started off friendly, that changed when she realized she got the order wrong. She attempted to point the blame on us , but I explained to her she needed to get her manager, nothing gets solved going back and forth with a server, no offense. The best thing about this place was their $4 Margarita. The restroom was clean but the smell of mildew was overwhelming. I will not be back to this location, first & last time .

This place was so not worth my time. I was late to work because of the sucky service and I was there lunch hour. Food (salad) took forever my drink was wrong twice, even the manager came to the table which was worthless also. Everything was dis-organized running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Oh and they tried to charge me for drink that clearly was not even touched. Bad day for Brewingz in Baytown which wasnt even busy at the time.

still the same place as 2 months ago, ( SHITTY) lousy service. waited 30 min on waitress. my wife said the womens bathroom was disgusting 4 tolets OOS. the Food was served cold. the wings they just sauce on them and serve them. No Sugar on 5 Tables the customers had to find the own sugar.. really this place needs to turn into a kids jump and play they will make more money....

I called in my order for pickup(Basketball feast, and chicken tenders). The wings were absolutely disgusting(all 3 flavors). They had very little meat on them and were very burnt. The French fries tasted like a child made them, with no flavor. They forgot my 2 liter, and all my sauces. *The girl behind the counter was nice is the only positive I can say* #wasted$50bucks

I went to this place for the first time yesterday and the cashier was so polite and helpful. He offered samples which were fresh and crispy. I choose the medium lemon pepper and they were amazing. The wings were extremely crispy with both the sauce and seasoning being concentrated. My only disappointment is how small the wings are. But overall, this place was worth it.

Came here around 11:30 on a Sunday for lunch, and the place was empty. The waitress was not personable at all. They shorted us on our shrimp appetizer (it was the 6 pc, but we got 5). It took FOREVER for our food. Waitress brought our fries and onion rings, but no wings. Those took another 5 minutes. Food is okay.

Very bad experience 05/02/17. The bartender was taking care of us around 10 pm, she seemed to not care when she walked by our table several time not even looking at our table. My food looked good. But 15 minutes later when I got my fork, my food was cold. Will not be going back.

Omg this place is so gross. First of all no one was even there and i wondered why and then the waitress was really rude and the food was so cold it was disgusting!!!! DO NOT eat here pls do yourself a favor and go to buffalo wild wings, bayou city, or wing stop.

I have ordered food online as well as dined in and not had any bad experiences. We regularly dine in on UFC Fight nights and prefer BreWingZ over other locations that also show the fights. The food and service are both very good.

So my it states lunch is until 4. We arrived 12 till and were told sorry we cant get lunch. I said its not 4 and the waitress just stared at us like a deer and headlights. So we left and took our business to Buffalo Wild Wings.

The food is ok. Wings came out slightly over cooked. Sauce was on the bottom of the ish instead of on the actual wings. Blue Cheese and Ranch dressings are watered sown and thin. Its ok for a quick meal, but thats about it.

Horrible!!!! Beer was hot and had a moldy taste... Wings were raw in the middle!!! I wouldnt serve my cat this food! Talked to the manager and he told me my taste buds were off... even when the chicken was obviously raw!!!

I like my wings small and crispy, this place delivers consistently. Sauces are good and luch special is a good deal. Service is descent usually, the atmosphere and cleanliness is so so.

Came with my husband to eat. Only one other table had people. Sat for 10 minutes and was never greeted by anyone. We got up and left. Terrible customer service!

The wings were tiny and the flavor wasnt great. The bartender spent quite a bit of time with her back turned to her guests while she was on her cell phone.
