Quick and solid pizza choice. You line up in front of a pizza artist (?) and point out the toppings you want or choose a pizza of the menu that they make for you. We got a white pizza with small cubes of potato and bacon. After you select your pizza, they put it though a conveyor belt oven to cook it. Once it came out, they also had fresh basil that they finished it with - which I thought was a nice touch. The pizza itself was decent. They also had a selection of beers and wines to go with your pizza. I much prefer a nice wood-fired pizza. But this is a nice joint if you want to drop in and get a pizza. Service - Quick and friendly. Very good at explaining the process Ambiance - Casual and clean. Good for families.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. My wife and I have been going here since they first opened in 2012. Mr. Hakeem is very good people and employs some very good staff members. We have not once experienced any bad customer service. No workplace is perfect but every time we go into Top It Pizza, the staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a reflection of great treatment by the owner. Mr. Hakeem, if you are reading this review...keep doing what you are doing, I know that you cannot please everyone but hey, as long as you remain positive and optimistic, you will continue to soar to new horizons. I certainly look forward to you expanding your operations in the future.

Although Top It Pizza was probably the one that started the build your own pizza movement in Houston, theyre severely lacking compared to tie competition. Mostly today hot toppings. The last time I was here, the service was bleh. The girl behind the counter didnt seem like she wanted to be there. No smiles, no enthusiasm. Unlike at Hot Toppings where the staff was always friendly every time I had been there. The pizza is good but they limit your meat toppings to only three and they really dont give you are whole lot. At the end of the day, I left here unsatisfied and still hungry.

I have come here a number of times already and I agree with a previous reviewer, this place has excellent ingredients and processes making a superior pizza. Their regular crust with their special sauce is a perfect base for whatever you like on a pizza. As mentioned, they make it in front of you like Subway so if you dont get exactly what you want, its your own fault. I patronize this place as often as I can and wish they were a chain with a location closer to my house. Visit this place, it is family friendly with a respectable beer selection and great food. Highly recommended!

Best pizza place in town. The owner and his wife are such hospitable people and I only wish there were more of these around town. Recommend one over by willow-brook mall. We used to frequent this place quite a bit but our office moved a few months ago and we miss this place. Unlimited toppings and have thin or regular crust, even wheat. The home made sauce was excellent. I thank you for all the great memories and hope I get the opportunity to stop by again soon. I will send my wife there to support the business.

Went to Top It for the first time today, absolutely loved it. Im kind of a food snob, and this place was completely up-to-snuff. Great crust, quality ingredients, awesome variety, excellent service, really nice people all around. They even brush the crust with garlic butter and sprinkle your pizza with basil and sun-dried tomatoes if you want it. And its as fast as Subway. They have a couple of preconfigured options, but its better to pick and choose the ingredients as you make them.

The Pizza is good most of the times. Few times it was not well prepared. Few times the lady who was taking the order had a very bad attitude. But overall I like the place. One bad thing happening more frequent: They need to fix one thing, when a person asking for just a little bit of garlic butter, avoid soaking the pizza in garlic butter!! They are not organized in this regard.

Ended up at this little pizza joint by complete chance and boy am I glad we did. This pizza was delicious and the service was just as good. Would have given it the 5 starts BUT I ordered a personal thin crust pizza and when I got it is noticed it was burned. I was bummed but to far to return. Other than that place was great along with delicious pizza. Try it out.

Great pizza. Very fast on both my visits. Pick your pizza toppings like you would at a sandwich place, with a choice of sauce, cheeses and topping and they run it thru an oven and pizza is ready in under 5min. It has the rare combo of perfect crust, great sauce and fresh toppings. The dinning area is simple but clean in a strip mall location.

BEST pizza place in Houston. Great tasting crust, sauce, and toppings. Thin and regular crusts are both great. They used to have a wheat crust that was AMAZING, but do not offer that anymore because it does not keep as long as the regular dough (ask and maybe they will bring it back).

The awesome pizza place in Houston. They have New York style pizza where they make the pizza in front of you and ask you for each of the toppings you want to add. Once you try this you wont like pizza at other places like papa johns or doninos!

The pizza is good, the service is fast and friendly. They make the pizza in front of you and cook it for a few minutes and out comes your pizza, fresh and the way you ordered it. Even with long lines at lunch the service is pretty quick.

Great service! Two guys there I beleive are named Terrence and Derrick were super friendly, and Eva was very helpful. The pizza was good and service was pretty fast. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza was.

Great customer service here. They seem to all have a good time making pizza and they try and give you the best deal available. Theyre very accommodating and friendly. Its like Subway for pizza but they also have beer.

I chose this place because they have gluten free crust, and they use a designated pan just for GF pizzas. They were fast and friendly and made sure the piazza was cut with a clean cutter and board. Thanks!
