Gnats, terrible service, but good food I have been here about four times already and each time we have dined at the restaurant, there have been gnats flying around. It does not matter the time of day or area seated in the restaurant, gnats flying around is a consistent issue. The food is great so I would recommend to order the food To-Go and enjoy your meal in the safety of your own gnat-free home. At my most recent visit, the waiter got my order wrong, did NOT want to send it back to the kitchen, and THEN at the end, charged me for the meal I wanted but NEVER received. When I confronted him with the charge, he said that both meals cost the same, but they most certainly did not. I am definitely upset with this establishment and hope that future customers TRIPLE check what they ordered with the waiter and their bill at the end.

Food plates will come out quick. Id describe the waiter as efficient but not polite or friendly, which is fine with me as long as the food is good and hes not rude. Prices are towards the high end, but portions are generous. The rolls they bring out for lunch contain shrimp, and they will not offer a vegetarian option. Waiter says theyre on the house, so they will not accommodate for you. Suggestion to management: Look, we expect lunch specials; its a given. If you will not give me something special for lunch then I can easily go somewhere else. Making a few rolls without shrimp makes a huge difference for some of us. Itll even save you a little.

1st try - the Pho is absolutely tasteless. Stir fried vegetable noodles was pretty good. 2nd try - * Chicken Wing was not cooked throughly. Returned it immediately. Lost my appetite. * Lemon Grass Tofu was just okay. * Grilled Beef flambé - the fried rice was not bad. beef was overly cooked- too dry. * Pad Thai was terribly sweet and missing all the other ingredients that you would expect from real pad thai. Overall, the latter 3 dishes pretty much all tasted the same. I suppose if you are looking for an alternative to PF Chang, this place could be it. If you are looking for authentic pho, Thai, or Chinese food, this is NOT the place to go.

Rude waiter and owner. My friend who asked vegetarian asked for a vegetarian replacement of the pork spring roll that came with her pho and they turned down rudely saying, sorry cant do. I mean, come on. Just a spring roll. Funnieat thing is the explanation they have. They said the spring roll was on the house, free and hence cant change. But the fact is not everyone got spring roll on sode. It was just with pho. Now how is a side that came with a prticular dish "on the house"? Dont fall for thier seating arrangement and stuff. Your money is not worth the rude service they offer.

The place was almost empty at 1130 am. I was seated and my drink and food was brought out quickly.I ordered p1 (seafood pho) the both was thin and tasteless, there were several pieces of snow crab leg, large shrimp and 2 pieces of something I couldnt make out. They brought a big plate of vegetables and a spring roll with raw vegetables. The crab legs tasted like bleach. People started coming in to dine around 12pm. Oh and the place smelled like dirty, stale socks and butt crack. I like pho and usually go to Pho Bien on Bellaire or Tay do

It was horrible. There was hair in my food and all They did was take the hair out and brought me back the same food. They got my order wrong several times. Services was extremely poor. After everyone at the table got their food it took another 20 min for them to bring my daughters entree. I orders a meal to go they got that wrong as well. I spoke to the manager to no avail. He didnt not care our service was awful. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best and biggest pho in Houston. There were alot of variations of pho...something for everyone. The seafood in the pho were HUGE! And you get alot of everything (noodles, meat, broth etc). They also offer other Asian dishes (like rice and noodle dishes). A must try is the Lemongrass lemonade. Acxording to the waiter, they make it fresh everyday. However if you go for the regular lemonade, note that it was extremely sweet.

Excellent customer service and even better food! OMG, the king crab and garlic noodles dish is quite honestly the best flavour I have ever experienced in my life! I had to close my eyes and eat it slowly. Flavour explosion in every bite. Add the Asian Cajun sauce. Its just exquisite! Thanks Andrew! You were so kind tonight, and you really made feel like a valued customer. Ill definitely be back.

The food is delicious. We had duck; shrimp/crab/scallop with garlic noodles; calamari; mussels; crepes, wonton soup. Everything was well cooked with the perfect seasoning. The waiter was very nice, and the food came out hot. In the end the service was mediocre, but they just changed wait staff so thats not surprising since waiters have to develop time management and service skills over time.

Best Phó on this side town. Top 5 all time in my book. I order it with tendons and tripe, they do a great job. (update 9/21/17) I spent 15 min waiting in an empty restaurant with no employee in the front. I called to see if they would answer their phone and still nothing. Another table came in and also left. Owner - your team is costing you business and leaving everything unattended.

Incredible ambiance for a great meal. We went for Houston Restaurant Week and the food was fantastic! The staff was very attentive and sweet. I would come back anytime Im in the area. Sooooo gooood. We ate the calamari, mussles, 16 oz ribeye, flame beef with shrimp, cheesecake, and bread pudding. Everything was great. Next time Ill go back to try the Pho and soft shell crab. Yum!

Excellent food! Not just for this area, but in Houston overall. The fresh springrolls are the best Ive ever had (good amount of meat in them) and the grilled pork used on dishes is very well done. I would recommend this place for all houstonians if youre in the area. Its also somewhat of a sports bar too, if thats your thing.

Ive only been here once and I had the Pho Tai. I didnt like the the noodles too much. The broth was a bit on the bland side. It was fresh but not flavorful like others I have tried. The service was good and the staff friendly. I will be trying other things from this restaurant and perhaps give the Pho Tai another shot.

The staff was so respectful, the restaurant was clean, and the food was AMAZING! They have the best fresh pho hands down! The owner spoke to us like we were family. He talked about his journey and about making his food with pride and love. Pho & Crab will always be our go-to for pho and Thai tea.
