I was so excited to try something new and when I walked in, everything was impressive! From the decor to the display pastries. In the process of debating what to get, the lady taking the orders was not welcoming and her attitude was very dry. Her enthusiasm to assist me and my friend was non-existent. This being my first time there I really kind of expected more. She didnt suggest anything noticing the indecisiveness. So I asked what was her favorite and she blankly said "butter pecan cupcake". After picking what I wanted, I just did not enjoy the red velvet cupcake, there was no red velvet taste to it. The icing was literally the best part of this experience me. I did however purchase the bundt pound cake but I was turned off by the cupcake I havent even tried it yet.

I was so excited to visit this Suga Rush that I even took pictures in the shop, however I was disappointed in the cookies freshness. I bought over $20 worth of snacks and all the cookies seem to be old and hard. They were not fresh at all. I bought chocolate chip cookies with pecans sugar cookies and Tea Cakes and last a Sock it to me cake. Now I will say the Sock it to me cake was great. I will not be spending and more funds here unless the deserts are fresh...I really would like them replaced....

Purchased peach cobbler. Excellent. Crust the flakiest since my moms. The person up front when i was there needs people skills. A Dale Carnegie course on people skills. She was not rude but left me feeling like, well not like an appreciated customer, especially first time customer. But, again Peach Cobbler Excellent.

I have fallen in love with this place. My co workers are now hooked so much so I have to take everyones order and now Im the pick up girl. Although everything on the menu is to die for... The sweet potato pie is by far my favorite! Much success to you and your amazing staff.

Great customer service the lady at the front even helped me pick a cake for my daughter she took her time making sure we found a cake, i picked the cake up today and its the best job i have ever seen anyone do. Very happy with sugar rush.

I want to say the customer service was awesome. How the cup cakes taste like box cake and icing. Nothing tasted like it was homemade. Will not be returning wasted my $14 on 4 cupcakes.
