If I could give ZERO stars, I would... So, I get my order about 1.5 hours after I order it. Upon arrival, the delivery driver calls me twice looking for my apartment. I made a note in the order that my gate was hard to get into, so I would tip well because of that fact. When I get my order, I tip the driver $20 for the hassle of delivering to my apartment. I open the food. I eat some of the food. It is not only cold, but the order is wrong. I eat about 1/3 of it and throw the rest in the trash. I call today to speak to a manager, and am informed that the manager is not in today, that I should call back tomorrow. I try to explain that I dont want to wait longer to make a complaint. Someone gets on the phone and asks me a bunch of questions pertaining to my order, and he is short and rude with me, to the point of yelling at me, and I can hear yelling in the background pertaining to my complaint. I try and explain that I would like a refund, and the man states that unless I bring ALL the food to the restaurant, there is nothing they can do until I speak with a manager. I understand this, and I ask him when I can speak to a manager, he states that I should call after 6pm. No problem, while Im asking for a managers name he hangs up the phone on me . This is unacceptable.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! They told me to go online to view the menu I did, it clearly states FREE DELIVERY, when I called to place my order they told me that my 5.99 lunch special was now going to be 10.00 he tried telling me it was taxes. I was like I think I know how to calculate taxes! According to the guy, who is asian and could not speak good english, said its only free delivery if you are very, very close, close. I was like what close like next door! The place they were going to deliver to is not far and within the delivery range or they wouldnt deliver duh. He then passed me off to another lady because he didnt want to deal with me and I told her the website clearly stated FREE DELIVERY and why I am getting charged that amount for a lunch special she started arguing with me. I said never mind I dont want to place the order and hung up on her. How is that for customer service and FREE DELIVERY!!! THAT PLACE SUCKS!

I was craving something other than typical fast food /American food, but it was almost 11pm... So I googled late night food and came across this place. They are open till 1am! Everyday (I think) and they deliver!!! Well I decided to just call in a pickup order, took me like 7min to get there! The lady inside was friendly, appreciative of my business. They threw in egg rolls and sodas on the house! How nice. All of the food was fresh and hot, the crab puffs had normal egg roll skin crispy goodness, the ribs were tender, crispy, some good fatty bits in a perfectly sweet sauce. The egg drop soup was light in a good way, the egg roll had that crispy paper thin skin but with the girth of a real egg roll and packed with good texture and taste. I gave them 4 out of 5, cause I might have just got lucky tonight... Looking forward to feasting again for sure.

Sorry no. If i could give zero stars I would. Altogether I ordered Steamed Pork Dumplings, Orange Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Shrimp w/ Broccoli, and Hot and Sour Soup. The food was terrible, and Im being completely honest. Everything was bland, the sauce for the dumplings was just oil, no seasoning, no flavor. Lo mein was soggy, shrimp was rubbery. The only thing I ordered that was actually good was the steamed broccoli and white rice. The mushrooms in the Hot and Sour Soup were pretty much just mush, and quite slimy. Very disappointed. WIll not order again. At this point Im just happy none of us got sick from it.

horrible. I will never ever order from here again. The driver was not listening to. Y directions, he didnt get out of the car to hand the food to my girlfriend made her walk all the way to the car, when my order was not completed I called back and they where not very helpful well more like disrespectful to me. Wanted too give me a free order of two egg rolls when they messed up and didnt complete my order. All I have too say is chef lins I will never come to you or order from you guys ever again.

The inside of the restaurant is very dirty and it stinks really bad. Smells like the food is either spoil or rotten. I would not suggest anyone to spend their time or money on this poor excuse for a restaurant. To be honest i think eating out of a public trash can would be better than eating or ordering from this restaurant. I really believe they miss some health code violations. Beware of Chef Lin. One more thing the staff is very nice and friendly so sad the place isnt the same.

The beef was horrible with not the greatest cut of meat and the vegetibles in the dish looked like it had been cook several times,wilted with small miscellanious scraps that you can tell what you are eating.Also the place is filthly,you can barely see through the glass doors when you walk in the place from all the dirt & dust on the doors.I would NOT recommend this place to anyone..

I Love it hear! I always get delivery takes 30-50min depending on time of day (faster then the Pizza places around here thats for sure) The food is always good I change what I get all the time and hasnt failed me yet If I dont like something they will make it with out. Its always hot !! Very professional place. Dont Believe The bad reviews its worth trying.

Today (10/22/2012), was my first time going there, and I must say, Im very picky about Chinese food, but the food was good and the service was awesome. Im very big about customer service, seeing as how I own my own business. And it was very good. The lady thanked me 3 times for coming and even gave me an extra egg roll. Good experience, would recommend.

I like chef lin. I have no complaints. They are not the cheapest but if you wanted cheap you would go to the macdonalds value menu. They give alot of food. 2 people can eat of the dinnner. My hubby and me ordered to dinners. We had a enough for us and two kids. Their egg rolls are good also. Overall I cannot complain. I order out or for delivery often.

Dont listen to the complainers on here, I go to this GREAT local restaurant all the time. I get off work late and they are always still open, open for Take-out and Delivery until 1 am, 7 days a week. I love the General Tso Chicken and House Special fried rice. GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE. Locally owned by Honest, hard working Chinese Americans.

2nd time a delivery driver took an hour to get here after calling and was told traffic was holding the driver up (I placed my order at 10 pm ) after calling them out on the lie they switched up to say they were short on drivers too they had a lot of customers long story short they lost a long time customer and I would suggest to try Kim Leng
