We stopped by Kabob Korner after shopping at Joe Vs (which shares the same parking lot). We entered and the lady behind the counter greeted us with a smile and "hello". We looked at the menu which had many options including hummus, hamburgers, kebab rolls, meat platters, and combination platters, etc. The lady behind the counter answered all our questions and helped us pick out what we wanted. We opted for a Behari Roll which is a spicy filet steak rolled up in partha (fried naan) with lettuce, tomatoes, and tahini. We ordered this with a side of french fries. In addition, we ordered a Combination Feast which includes beef, lamb kabob, chicken, basmati rice, fresh greens, and a side of naan. Once we ordered we were given a number and we sat down. The music was a mix of pop, ethnic, and classics. The tables, floors, windows, and seats were nice and clean. The food came quickly to the table. The food was delicious and large portions. The wait staff refilled our drinks whenever they were low and we did not have to ask. They did so with a smile. Once done eating we received to go containers for our food since there was so much. The bill was completely reasonable for the amount of food we ordered. Expect to pay about $10-15 per person. We will definitely be back and highly recommend! P.S. Bathrooms were clean!

Absolutely Amazing! Since Im constantly traveling, it is important for me to find good source of food. Discovering Kabob Korner was probably one of the best things I did while in Houston. I can absolutely say without fail that anyone who lives in or is visiting Houston needs to at least once give this place a try. After a very long and eventful day, my associate and I decided to have dinner here. After spending a little time looking over the menu it was clear that I was going to skip the Pakistan/Indian dishes and instead try the Mediterranean Combination Feast. My associate on the other hand ordered the Daal (Daily Special), and Chicken Tikka along with a couple of Naans. The food arrived not long after we placed the order. Like the saying goes: “You Eat With Your Eye”, we were very impressed by the presentation. Each and every item was perfect, both in terms of taste and quantity. The restaurant staff made sure we were never short of anything. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Even the bathroom was very well kept. It’s not often I go to a Pakistani/Indian restaurant or any restaurant for that matter and actually leave talking about how clean and well maintained the bathroom was. If I am ever in the Houston area and it’s time for food, you know where you’ll find me. HK

I hardly ever leave a bad review, but this place is just really poorly managed. I stopped there go get some veggie samosas(theyre the only OKAY thing on the menu since the meat and rice are dry and poorly seasoned), but for some reason it was taking an exorbitant amount of time for them to bring my order. When I politely asked a worker if it was coming along, another came back and told me that they had somehow thrown away my receipt and it was not even cooking. He offered me a drink. I may have been okay with this, but the manager/boss watched THE WHOLE THING and said absolutely nothing, plus the food is really just not good. The cashiers were nice enough but the manager did not care at all and seemed to just be hanging around. Go to Alwadis instead because at least they give you your food and it has some flavor. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Please improve management

10/31/13 Nann was Very chewy and hard to separate, like it has alot of gluten. 1st for me on any bread with this much gluten Hummus - wasn’t really worth it, kinda lumpy and had an odd taste. Almost like I was eating mashed potatoes at 1st. Bad batch maybe? Samosas – Great, on point with all the spice flavors going together, didn’t seem to have much spice but was still light enough to taste the potatoes Cilantro sauce – was watery thin, had some heat but in the finish and not much heat Tamarind sauce – was good, a lil thicker and sweet, with very lil heat in it for flavor Place - good music thats young, great decorating for a fast food joint in between a grocery store and gas station. People are helpful & nice, food comes out quick, place is clean and vibrant from the interior Bonus - Kabob corner gives you a 10% discount if you dine in and you’re from the area.

This gotta be worst place to dine at in Houston. This could the best be a quick lunch kinda thing for office workers. The portion/servings are too small. Their Kabobs are anything but Kabob. The sauce/chutny cups were 1/4 filled. Get the smaller cups or dont serve sause/chutny at all. The Falooda was the worst in my life. Dont have words to explain it. The water served in jug was awefull, direct from tap or garden hose. Sor ordered water bottle, that was some unknown cheapest brand and they charge $1.29 for it. No other restaurant charges more than a dollar for Nestle even. The service is too slow. Took them 25 min to prepare food while there were only handful of people in the restaurant. The guys attitude as this is the best place in the town. There are whole bunch of places on FM1960 that are millions of miles ahead of this crap. I will never recommend this place.

I just came back from here and the food is good. BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE! Not only did they forget something in my order, they took about a half hour to bring us water, forks, and spoons. The waitress and the manager (thats what the waitress said the other lady was) were very rude. I asked the waitress for a bread thing for my food and she said she would bring it and never came back with it!! Before we even got there we placed our order and the waitress rushed through my friends order and hung up on her before even taking her name. When we got there and confronted her she denied denied denied. This experience was so horrible that even though the food was good I will never go back in my life.

15% TIPS ADDED to customers bill of 4 or more people and still GRATUITY line is blank on your credit card receipt. So if customers dont catch it one would like to add more as tips like most people do. TIPS ARE NOT ENFORCED and should be customers DISCRETION on the quality of service they receive from server. GRATUITY as it means, should be voluntary or without obligation. 15% Tips or Gratuity on 4 or more people is unheard of. On fine dining over 10 or more makes sense but this is RIDICULUS & when you have to place order going up to the counter like Mcdonalds. Most American do not tip fast food employees but here it is NOT an OPTION, it is a MUST.

I order spicy chicken, it wasnt spicy but it was really good. I ordered the Works pizza, it was excellent. I also ordered some meat like beef tips. I dont know the names of the items, I just looked a the pictures on the menu. Service wasnt slow, of course I ordered take out. But the portions were small but tasty. Customer Service is bad. I had to ask for napkins and peppers and cheese for my pizza.. I ordered a lrg pizza, she gave me 2peppers 2cheese. I asked for more, she looked at me like I had $#!+ on me... Tonya King
