The food has its off days! but for the most part its good! Just a bit inconsistent! The only thing that is very consistent every time I go is how horrible the service is! Some servers are extremely rude and other are ok. Im pretty easy going and not usually picky about that but it definitely pushes away people when you have to ask for refills on chips, salsa, drinks and so on because its almost as if the servers avoid coming to you table entirely! I usually have to ask for a check or just walk up to the hostess to pay because the rarely come over to see how youre doing. Been there on busy and slow days and I feel like it depends on what manager is on duty when I actually see a change. I recommend if you do plan on going try to make it for lunch, or just order to go... because the service is a pain to deal with!

Place is not like it use to be and i just noticed its turning into a liberal restaurant.. no open carry or concealed carry.. bad choice cause this place is located in the capital of murder ville aka murdernolia wouldnt want to be caught here at night without my conceal carry piece. The food is not like it use tobe they give you more onions than meat in their fajitas for 1 and their flower tortillas are not what i would expect they are awful. Their mole is too salty i used to love this place but i guess i have to find a new spot ..ambiance is too loud the music echos like a dance hall cant enjoy a conversation without yelling the food is expensive all in all i wont be back ever sorry jardin u just lost a loyal customer

The food is quite good and so are the margaritas. Unfortunately the wait staff have recently begun padding the bills. A dish may give you a beef or chicken choice, and for some reason whichever one you choose has a $2.85 upcharge. Enchiladas now have an upcharge for cheese, even when you order cheese enchiladas. Dishes that come with guacamole and sour cream on the menu have a charge on the ticket. Kids meals that come with a drink on the menu, get a drink charge on the ticket. We used to eat here regularly, but the last three times we have had "extra charges" on our ticket. The last time the extras were almost equal to the bill. Sadly after reading recent reviews this practice seems to be the new norm here.

They tried to charge $5.40 for 4 SLICES of avocado! 4SLICES, thats ridiculous! The food is not all that and overpriced. We ordered 2 carnita tacos with avocado. The total was $6.50. Left and saw no avocado on the tacos. Went back and they said they didnt add it because its $5.40 for two slices on each taco. Didnt tell me that at the time I was ordering. They just decide to not add avocado and let me leave without saying anything. So in total I would be paying $11.90 for 2 carnita tacos with avocado! They only decided to give me the slices of avocado when I asked for my money back. Ive ordered the same thing multiple times before and was never charged $5.40 for 4 slices of avocado.

Really bad Lunes 26 de diciembre,como a las 3 30 pm fuimos mi hija y yo a comer, y todavia a esta hora no podemos dormir ,por la diarrhea y vomito,primero fue ella y despues yo,si alguien estuvo ahi y le paso lo mismo, ya saben xq,nosotros pedimos tacos de fajita y camarones al mojo de ajo, mucha atencion por favor la salud es primero

Frankly I was disappointed with the food. I think they cut corners in the quality of the ingredients. I felt for about the same price I could have taken my family to Papasitos or Donerakis which up to this day I have liked Papasitos & Donerakis food. Tomorrow will be mothers day and my mother-in-law came to visit us. My wife called ahead of time to make sure they would have Mariachis tonight. They did not show up. When I opened my silverware, the fork still had food stuck from the previous customer. Although the server was nice, she didnt ask us if everything was OK after the fork incident. No one said good bye to us when we left.

The food is OK, The margaritas are average at best, The service is fair. BUT When I was paying the check, the guy was very rude. He spoke to me in Spanish. I speak a little Spanish, but they should speak English when dealing with a white customer. This is the kicker, If I hand you my charge card, then you should hand it back. Not place it down on the counter !!! That makes me so angry. Restaurants should understand the last experience at any establishment will remain the most in the customers memory. This will be the deciding factor if they will return ? PS. I paid $17.50 for lunch and one marg. --- Seems a little pricey !!

Went for mothers day/grandmothers birthday and had a great time. The food is delicious. The Mariachis were great. It was wonderful. There was a wait and they wont seat you until the entire party has arrived. It isnt a big place for the number of clients they receive so it is crowded. Not uncomfortably crowded but difficult to maneuver crowded. Still a good restaurant and good experience.

I have given this resturant three times, but todays experience just proves its quality. The customer service is horrible. If youre not a regular, than you dont matter. During each visit, our table had to get the waitress to come and take our orders, refills, and any requests by getting up and tapping her on the shoulder. It is unacceptable and I will not waste my time anymore.

Its an okay place theres nothing just great about the food. But they get you in and out. However, one time I went I got a meal I didnt like and sent it back. The manager looked at me crazy and had an attitude when she took the food back.

Local neighborhood spot. Food is mediocre at the most. Margaritas are good here and they even have a Saturday Happy Hour on margaritas. Service from wait.staff.is good as they constantly check up on you.. Prices are over reasonable.

Salsa & chips - fabulous My margarita- perfect but both of my dates margaritas came out wrong 1st time. Food selection was both mexican & tex-mex & was really good but not 5-star. But people should go & neighborhood was just fine.

Food was not good, if you cant make cheese enchiladas right theres something wrong. We had 4 orders of enchiladas that no one ate. Service was OK but I wont be going back for the food.
