been open since April 1,2017... feel I need defend my self & restaurant. I notice on Some bad, wrong, not truthful reviews on Ali Baba Mediterranean (Middle eastern). any pictures, reviews, menus before April 1 is not ours. the poor menus is what we get for not going local , 1. not a combination platter. The Ali baba platter comes with (3)shish, kofa, chicken, rice and salad and 3 to 4 appetizers . 2. once the order is printed it take around 15 minutes as nothing is precooked I also tell our customers this.. 3. we dont carry lamb chops as on our inside (restaurant)menus as they are black out it was misprint and also tell our customers if they ask we dont carry them. 4. we do charge for bottle water ,but Not for Tap water. 5. most of menus pictures are as they are pictures from the web and do not represent the original food only the content and how we choose to display them. many restaurants uses this way. 6. We dont have a fountain near our door, no heavy perfumes, hmm leave money on table, Never, Check out at registers.. We Clean Daily. 7. the 2 people that did smell something , I quickly call the management company and they found the problem and we closed for a few days so they could fix the problem. Problem resolved...cant help the guys bathroom, it does get clean everyday 7. I am a friendly person and will continue to give the best service to anyone who walks in to Ali Baba. sorry some have had a experience not to Their Liking. All we can do is the Best we can do ..everything else is in Gods hands

We arrived at 6:00pm. The restaurant was totally empty. We sat down, got menus, and most of the menu items were blacked out with a marker. We ordered a few appetizers. We didnt stay long enough to know about the food. It might be amazing, but we were super grossed out by a situation in the mens room. I would not have been able to eat anything served here. We left a $20 on the table and left. I have a reasonable threshold of cleanliness, and I think I have equally reasonable expectations for mom and pop establishments. I love small business, but our experience was pretty much puke-worthy, due to the mens room thing.

Im super disappointed of this restaurant and the experience that I had there!! First of all,I ordered a combination Platter on the phone to make it ready when we got there.. But they lets waiting to cook it for 25 min. Secondly, the plate is different than the menu, on the menu there is a lamp chops but in reality nothing!! They apologized and offers to serve Kobba 4 count, and they serve just one very ugly. Thirdly, I had a hair in the food. I highly discourage anyone to go there, they will charge for a glass of water and the customer service is sucks!!.

Went with party of 8 only on the basis of pics I saw on yelp. The food is amazingly fresh and made to order. We got the ali baba platter and full chicken. The chicken took some time but we were informed of the wait time before ordering which was nice. It was worth every minute. Crispy skin and well marinated chicken. The side including hummus and yogurt with cucumber was amazing. We will definitely be going back and encourage everyone to support this place.

I am never the one to complain but the food that I carried out was old. First they gave me the wrong order and then waited 30 more minutes for the right one. They also over charged me. Honestly they need a change in management. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because of the nice Arabian girl who fixed the mistake.

Very bed experience !! waist of money and time, nothing like in menu pictures ! that y it was no costumers when I walked in with my friends. We where unhappy with a service and the food.

Staff is so friendly and welcoming..makes you feel at home. Best Mediterranean food in Houston !!! Very kid friendly always giving out treats...bring the whole family!
