Very unimpressed with the service, atmosphere, and price. My wife and I went there with my younger sister and our two daughters, and were not pleased with our experience. We will not be going back. Food - the food tasted good and I was satisfied with that. Price - I had a bowl of soup, my wife and sister both had a sandwich, and my older daughter had a cup of soup. Two teas and a water to drink. $40. You can look at their menu - its way too expensive for what you get. They have something called "The Caboose" which is a $5 peanut butter and jelly sandwich. No joke. Service - It took them a long time to take our order. Then about 20 minutes for the food. Two sandwiches and a bowl of soup. Not terrible, but they definitely werent in a hurry to serve us. When it came time to go, my 1 month old daughter started crying a lot, so we needed to leave. We asked for a to go box and it took them 10 minutes to even bring out one little salad to go box which was NOT what we needed. In the meantime we were getting dirty looks from the other patrons and even the people that worked there, because my daughter was crying. We wanted to leave, but needed to pay and pack up our food. In the end, we didnt even get to pack up some of our food (an untouched bowl of soup for example) because we just wanted out of there.

This is a nice place with reasonably good food but they are not equipped to handle groups. Ive been three times with different groups and each time the TD only provided one server to cover the entire group. They were picking up finished plates while other people were still waiting on food. You will also leave hungry after paying a lot of money for a small portion.

This is a really charming place for lunch. They have delicious food and also a gift shop. The ladies love this place! Definitely try the chicken pot pie and broccoli cheese soup! Highly recommended restaurant! I think they do events, too.

You basically go there for the atmosphere. Food is ok but just basic fare (soup, sandwiches, salads) and in my opinion overpriced. If you get there before they run out, the chicken pot pie IS yummy.

Just a quick note from The Teapot Depot staff, our hours are 10:30-2:00pm Monday-Saturday. Im trying to get it worked out so that it shows our correct operating hours. Hope you can make it by one day.

Nicely decorated. Good food. 3 star rating because my tea glass stood empty for half the meal. The waitress basically disappeared after bringing the food.
