This is the first time in all the years Ive been going to this restaurant that I have not been welcomed when I entered to pick up my online order, and had my order so royally F* up. There have been times when Ive had one of my entrees mixed up or the wrong side which is not so bad were all human, but to have ALL 3 of my plates so screwed up and undercooked on top of that is very disappointing. I ordered my usual broccoli beef and orange chicken with fried rice only to get home and find my box had undercooked beef, burned chicken and it was filled to the brim with chow mein noodles that had white rice on top and then a sprinkle of the fried rice on top of that to try and hide the fact that they dont have a damn clue what theyre doing. My mom ordered mixed veggies with her green bean chicken/broccoli beef and literally got nothing but 2 pieces of raw undercooked meat and uncooked veggies. My dad ordered Shanghai beef with walnut shrimp and got broccoli beef with no beef and soggy walnut shrimp. I called the store to speak with the manager only to find out he miraculously stepped out, and got thrown around from employee to employee all of whom had no idea what they were doing. I am so thoroughly disappointed I cant even begin to come up with an explaination for this. If I could Id give this experience a couple negative stars I would. Shameful.

First time being here so i thought i could trust my right food being in the bag without checking it. Oo bad idea they gave me totally wrong chicken i didnt ask for . I rather drive all the way to Brownville for my favorite Chinese place, that cost the same . Rice extremely dry and chow mein not bad and i Did give the chicken a chance , didnt like it wasnt that bad but not the one i ordered wasnt going go back and wait in line again they took a while in drive thru. Will not be back waisted 8 dollars why not 10 dollars because the coke was good LOL bye panda✌

Sad excuse for Chinese food. If you want to feel depressed and waste money on bland and cheap food step inside and let the panda show you how its done. My suggestion try China Restaurant @ S 77 Sunshine Strip. Youre Welcome. Also good news Arbys is coming back. The location is @ the Popeyes Chicken Restaurant on Ed Carey.

The food is not bad. There rice is just plain boring and the two types of rolls that they serve - the spring roll and the egg roll- are nothing special. The honey nut shrimp is good though. The selection of cook meats the have is decent enough but over all the food needs to have more life in it especially the rice.

Foods good. Its fresh, but if the food sits in the counters for too long, it will lose some quality. The manager seems nice and the staff hardly has changed since it opened. Everyone greets you out loud when you come in (although I dont like being pointed out like that).

Got around to trying this place out after the rave from friends, have to say i was very disappointed with the food. I didnt knock it after the first instead i gave it a go a few more times but the food is just so plain and boring.

Great food when they actually have what you want. If its even remotely close to closing time you will only have 1 or 2 items to choose from. Panda express is great but this location is not.

First time getting a take out and definetly NOT what I expected. Very disappointed, the chow mein was all dry and had no good flavor what so ever. The orange chicken was bad.
