This restaurant has some of the rudest Hostesses Ive ever met. As soon as I walked in the door, I immediately wanted to leave because of the horrible demeanor the women who greeted me had. If it wasnt for my family wanting to come here, I wouldnt have stayed. When we walked in, we werent greeted at all. The Hostess just looked annoyed and asked, "How many?" before telling me that we had a 20 minutes wait. So we sat down in the waiting area. Meanwhile, the two hostesses kept going on and on about all kinds of gossip and nonsense, trash talking their coworkers and manager, and using such foul language! IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN! After we finally got seated, we ordered, the server was sub-par. The food was sub-par (But its not like Olive Garden has ever been known to have anything that tastes better than a frozen TV diner). When we left, we were not thanked for coming in, nobody offered to hold the door for us. The hostesses just continued on chattering about nonsense. Im never coming here again, let alone any Olive Garden.

Good morning, I recently visited one of your franchises in Norman, Oklahoma on 117 Ed Noble Pkwy on 16 December, 2015 between the hours of 9:30-10:20pm. I was with a party of five, including myself, and our server was Brittney. When taking our orders she seemed absent minded and irritated, and attempted to rush us along in the process of ordering. She also neglected to bring us our complementary salad and bread sticks, and only did so when one from our party asked her about it. Once receiving our order, one from our party found a hair in his entree. I immediately notified her of the problem and although she did replace the order with no charge, her countenance exhibited that she was highly irritated. I have always had an excellent experience at your various franchises,but last night caused my party and I to not want to attend Olive Garden again. I am simply contacting you to notify you of her behavior so that she does not ruin someone elses experience at your highly esteemed restaurant.

Im only giving 1 star because I had to. My husband and I havent ordered from the Olive Garden for almost a year, so I was very disappointed in what we received last night. We both ordered the chicken parm. It. Was. Terrible!! There was maybe 2 teaspoons of sauce over the noodles and chicken. The noodles were overdone and the chicken tasted like it came straight from a bag. Honestly, I couldve gone to the grocery store, purchased breaded chicken in the frozen section, heated it up in the microwave, boiled noodles, and then dumped Prego on top. At least there wouldve been more sauce and it probably wouldve tasted better. I remember OG being delicious and what we got last night was way overpriced fast food that was barely edible. Honestly, the salad and breadsticks were the only things that tasted as good as I remembered. What happened to the Olive Garden? :(

We go to Olive Garden quite a lot, and the last few times we have been, weve noticed a decrease in the service. 1) Lately, our salad bowl has hardly filled; sure, its a complementary salad, but its a pain to wait on an unnecessary refill. Also, the last two salads we received had no dressing. 2) We finished our breadsticks and the waitress told us she would bring more, which we never saw. 3) No after dinner mint. This one alone isnt a big deal, but coupled with other deficiencies during the meal, it was upsetting to not get the delicious Andes mint. Before these last few trips, I was always pleased with this Olive Gardens service. The food is still great, but the service is on the decline.

Let me start off by saying Olive Garden is by favorite by far, however, I was EXTREMELY disappointed tonight. We were seated for 20 minutes before we were greated by a server, our appetizer came out before our drinks came out (another 20 minutes), our server came and told us 30+ minutes AFTER we ordered that they were out of what we had ordered, the steak was supposed to be medium rare and came out well done. We were there for an hour and 30 minutes total for 2 people. I spent $100 on a meal COMPLETELY NOT worth it, I cannot express how pissed off I am. I live an hour and 30 minutes away and came here JUST to eat. Drive a few miles to a different Olive Garden long story short.

Awful! Went with friend to have fun Friday lunch, 12:45pm. Waiter got drinks wrong,said would bring correct ones but 10 minutes later still no drinks. I asked what I thought was another waiter if we could have bread sticks. She said "Ill tell your waiter!". (Still no drinks). A few seconds later the "girl" I thought was a waitress Slammed some bread sticks on our table and walked away. My friend said I think she was a hostess, some hostess! Our waiter didnt come back so we left. Me and my coworkers from the University who go to dinner every Friday evening will be boycotting this establishment. And I recommend going Anywhere but here for lunch. Very bad service! Stay away!

This Olive Garden suffers from the same issue as other locations, only worse. The hostesses always think they are in charge of the world. We went in and asked for a booth, but did not want to sit in the bar (Im with my Mother). The hostess told us there werent any other booths available, so I made them aware that we would wait for one. Magically 2 minutes later, there was a booth available. I wasnt happy to say the least when we walked through the restaurant and noticed they were dead (Saturday, lunch) I understand that they are trying to spread out the few customers they have between the servers, but please do not lie right to my face.

It was a madhouse on a Thurs evening. Luckily, we had no kids in tow, so we sat at the bar and didnt have to wait 45 min. The bartender was friendly and welcoming even tho we werent ordering alcohol. The sampler app was very rich and hot. The stuffed chicken marsala was quite tasty, the sauce was spot on. The service was slow and a little distracted, piles of dishes in a little nook. Overall, it was understaffed or maybe not as well trained as need be for the high volume they were at. Still, our bartender was very nice and made up for whatever lacked in staff attention with warmth and generosity.

The food is usually good, but the whole place is run so inefficient it makes my soul hurt. Everyone is in the weeds. Two bartenders couldnt even stay behind the bar and actually take care of their guests. Table behind me stayed dirty for over 40 minutes with a wait at the door. When asked why only two bartenders were working the answer was, "thats the way we have always done it." Took over 40 to find out they were out of the appetizer I ordered. They did comp the meal, but that is a bandaid for a poorly managed establishment. The bartender was a nice woman who let me vent my frustration.

We went to celebrate an event and were disappointed at the waitress on our table. While taking the order she was rude. The soup she brought had splashed on the way so the rim was covered with soup. The soup spoon was unwashed. She did not give cream with the bread. On asking for it she brought butter and kept it on the table directly without any plate. She dropped the stand on a nearby table. Finally we called the supervisor and left the restaurant to have pizza .
