Fresh, hot is hot and cold is cold and staff is friendly, however......low quality food, salad bar is good minus the very low end dressings. The pizza is worst cicis I have seen, they have low standards, but they dove or this francise just does not care. Prices are not competitive for quality of product. Never ever been to pizza place and not had parm or pepper flakes....wow. Mazzios is less expensive and much higher quality, well to be honest dollar store frozen would beat what I ate.....fact check, this is a corporate store....I am extremely amazed and very disappointed.....

All-you-can-eat pizza & pasta on the cheap. Not terrible but nothing great either. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for. On the plus side they will custom make you whatever kind of pizzas you like at no extra charge. Buffalo chicken pizza is a highlight. They also have anchovies if thats your thing. Theres a small pasta bar and a few salad offerings. Atmosphere is low rent Chuck E Cheese. Theres a small game room for the families looking to feed the kids on the cheap. They have a happy hour from 2-4 if youre starving and broke.

Ive been going to this location for years. Its a great place to go if on a budget because the prices are great and so is the food. You can suggest to have a certain pizza of choice that you want them to put out; for example, I asked for Hawaiian Pizza and in 5 mins they put out a Hawaiian Pizza fresh and hot. Great array of pizzas, desserts, pasta, and salad. If have a big family this is great because have enough variety that everyone can get what they want and can eat till everyone is full. Staff is friendly and always helpful.

Cicis is cheap pizza. As I mentioned in my other Cicis review, it is place to take the kids. It is not a place to go if you want Italian food or a great dining experience. But the kids love it. The food is so-so but the price is great. This location is older and I have never been to a Cicis that was super clean. It is hit or miss, usually this one clean. The waitstaff is very nice and will make special requests. Only go for the kids sake.

The food was hot and I would always see the employees switching out the pizzas a lot, I was welcomed by a friendly employee however when I left they didnt say Come again but overall satisfaction was good, not sure if that guy chris still works there, I read the reviews after I came to this establishment but I sure hope they dont have people like him working there.

Not great but good. The high school kids take over at lunch. Get your food, get full and enjoy the shopping in this plaza too. I had to down grade from 3. The management had changed. As per my brief visit in April the place was dirty and the staff rude. I loved the previous management as they were able to keep up and be friendly. I left without eating.

Restaurant is clean and all employees are courteous. Selection is slim with majority of Pizzas being of a raised bread, pseudo deep dish variety. Salad bar is available with decent options as far as pizza salad bars go. The bread was under-cooked and doughy. Value and customer service bring it up a star, otherwise food is a 2.

Gave our son some money so he could go to CiCis with his 8th grade school band. The guy at the register shortchanged him and then told him to move along because he was holding up the line. On top of that, he full on lied to me when I called and confronted him about it. No integrity, no honesty, no future business from us.

Idk what happened here, I have went way downhill since growing up here and I need my Cici pizza to step it up. Horrible service except for the bus boy. Dry but warm pizza, I think it should be 3.99 all the time if the pizza selection will be that poor and they didnt stay on top of the cinnamon rolls, ugh!

The service is fine staff is friendly. But the food needs alot of work. It doesnt taste as good as it used it. They really need to work on the taste of the food. I even got my pizza made fresh and it still tastes like plastic. I love it here and used to eat here as a kid but the food needs improvement.

The food was hot/cold as it should have been. All items were fresh, and our visit took place around 2:30 Pm...so not during a busy lunch or dinner service. I was impressed, as our location in Wichita Falls isnt this clean or have the fresh food we had today at this same time.

I used to work at Cicis nearly a decade ago. The quality has gone down. They brought back a better salad bar finally. This is a great place for a quick bite and my kids love it. If you sign up for texts or emails you will occasionally get special offers.

Great pizza buffet! You can definitely gorge yourself on pizza and cinnamon rolls! You can request a pizza of your own if youve got a hankering for a different kind of pizza other than what they have on the buffet too. Friendly staff.

Sadly this place attracts the "Walmart/trailer park" crowd, it makes you feel like you gave up on life just eating here If you like to see a lot of HUGE ASSES then this is the place for you !! but the food is decent for the price

2pm-4pm has a great $4 buffet. I recommend when you are in there to request a special made mini pizza made the way you want it (they do that for free). I got a chicken, jalapeno, Buffalo sauce pizza made for me!

I enjoyed the food however the new rules make me mad I expect like any restaurant to have them clean the tables buy no now you have to. I dont have to clean at any other why would I clean yours.

Typical CiCis but I hope youre not too hungry. It gets way crowded bring in Norman and right across the street from the High School. They never have enough pizza out to supply the demand.

They will custom make you whatever, for the same price. The lady who clears the table is very nice. 2 TVs, game room for the kids Bring your own hand sani. Best bet: BBQ pizza.

They say it closes at 10pm... Pulled up at 9:15 just to grab something quick... The doors were locked and the employees just looked at us.... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Happy hour buffet from 2 - 4 pm is a good deal. Different kinds of pizza, pasta and salads. Quality is best with that dollar. Close to OU Norman campus.

Super super cheap pizza buffet. Good options with unique pizza types such as the Mac and cheese pizza. The cinnamon rolls will leave you stuffed!

Even with high turnover of pizza during dinner rush the quality was shoddy at best. The pizzas are on rollers though the oven...how did it burn.
