When we first went there it was good so we went back a few times but the last time we went I was trying to get some green tea ice cream I was told they had some but couldnt sell it so I was looking for something else and I admit it took about five minutes and I asked a lot of questions but the employee gave me a lot of attitude and since then every time I call they dont have that flavor or its in the back we really went there for that flavor but since we cant ever get that flavor its frustrating so we just end up going else where its a shame because I was impressed but now I just feel negative about since the customer service and not being able to get the flavor we want In the response to your response we have been trying to get it and stopping in or calling for four months not all the time but quite a few times and to hear you have in the back but still wont sell is kinda rude to say to a customer it would be better had they said you guys were all out and due to the lack of help we ended up just trying something else a cupcake thing and the cupcake was really stale so we ended up throwing away an expensive stale cupcake

Went with my family this past Sunday, we were shock to see an 18 year old girl taking care of the whole store all by herself. She did take care of all of us in a timely manner and got all our orders correct and took care also of the drive thru customers at the same time but we wonder if the company is aware that this is an accident waiting to happen, an 18 year old girl all by herself! The manager should either program at least for 2 employees to be there at the same time or may be for him or her to be there too. Is amazing how careless a company could be. We even wonder if her parents know about this!! Shame shame!!

My husband and I have been looking for a good ice cream place in Killeen/Harker Heights for the past year and Surfing Cow really hit the spot. We will definitely be coming back again. Everything is well priced and very delicious. Great service and everything you taste is delicious. I wish the owner all the success with this wonderful ice cream parlor.

Tasty and decadent ice cream. Some of the flavors are named like, Exhausted Parent, This $&^@ just got crazy, Superman and various styles of Oreo infused flavors. They change their flavors around every week so going in has a new surprise flavor line. They also carry ready made pints of their more popular flavors.

The ice cream is OK, the staff acted nice, but the vibe was "I dont want to be here." Also, the "Nutrition Info" was very offensive for me, as I really needed to know the calorie count. It was something like Dont ask, if you want nutrition, eat carrots. RUDE! The TCBY that was here was way better

Yep, the ice cream is phenomenal. My wife wanted me to try her flavor, but mine was so good that I refused to ruin my palette and I didnt eat or drink anything for hours to truly savor it. I really didnt expect Surfing Cow to be this good, but Im blown away. Jeez, guys, way to raise the bar.

Really disappointed online it says they are open till 10pm it was 9 and we went there on the door it said open till 10. I would have been fine but the employees were dancing around and looking very foolish. We wont be returning

Ive been here on several different occasions and this place is always filthy. I can only imagine what the back must look like. Its a shame this is the only real "ice cream" place in harker heights.

When I went there I just had a vanilla ice cream but it was good.(as good as vanilla could be) it did take us a few minutes in there but thats because we signed up for the email service too.

Love love love the unique varieties of over cream here. So creamy. Best part its not the usual Blue Bell thats sold in most ice cream parlors in Texas. Highly recommend
