My husband and I got married on 11/30/16 at and we were on our way to Coldstone Creamery at 9:15 P.M. after dinner to celebrate each other with some ice cream, and as we were pulling in, we had to come around the back, and we saw three individuals loitering around the back. (Two males and one female). We pulled into the front and proceeded to walk up to the front door as we were doing so, we were noticing the people from the back looking at us urgently. We walked up to the front door and almost went in to get some ice cream, and my husband was starting to be apprehensive about the experience because there was no one at the front of the store. As it appeared to be abandoned. At that point, someone did appear hastily and hurriedly from the back trying to straighten up her appearance. After seeing all that, My husband did not want to get any ice cream anymore. Please have better supervision over your kiddos. Thanks for lessening the sweetness of my wedding day because I was looking forward to having some strawberry blonde ice cream graham cracker crust in a waffle cone because I love that stuff.

I had exactly 4 marshmallows in my like it rocky road. My daughter asked for cake batter ice cream and she got vanilla. Then when my 14 yr old daughter pointed it out, the girl argued with her. Worst experience here ever. The girls were in a hurry and didnt care at all! When I realized that the few marshmallows I had were dry and hard, I asked that it be remade or refunded. The girl got super upset and then called me rude. She then stormed off and got the owner who apologized for her behavior and remade the ice cream.

The staff was Happy to work there (or at least not looking like they loath the place..lol) Blue tips female made me a random shake (I like just saying Make me a shake I dont care what flavor) When they are tipped they Sing up a STORM...lol it is great!

Had milkshakes ...wow not what I was expecting .. its more like cold flavored milk ...they blend the add ons in .....and the girl got the orders wrong ...not going back

The ice cream here is always great. The only complaint would be they are often out if certain varieties. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly.

Ive always believed the icecream is overpriced for what you get but the flavors were still good. I am more of a fan of frozen yogurt though.
