My husband and I went in today and our service and product were fantastic. However, as we set and ate our ice cream we observed some poor customer service. As we set a line grew rapidly. When it first started building up the owner (we assumed this is who it was since she was in athletic wear and not a uniform) was helping with a cake order so it was understandable that she was not helping with the line, but as she finished the line was still there. She preceded to go to the back and not help. We had seen another girl come out to the front when we were getting our product but she did not come out to help either. The young lady who was working the line was doing a fabulous job of staying calm and helping the still growing line. As we went to leave I went to the slab area to ask for a lid and the "owner" was gathering waffle cones in a tube. She looked straight at me and didnt ask what I needed. She instead look at the girl working and said the girl in the back would be up there shortly. Even as we were leaving there was no one in front helping move the line. Once again the younge lady who helped us and was working was amazing and did great, it was the other things we saw that disturbed us.

My daughter is allergic to peanuts and has never been able to have hand dipped ice cream because of this. Marble Slab uses seperate ice cream and utensils for her allergy and at 6 she was finally able to eat ice cream out and about! Seems like such a small thing but she was excited. All of our ice cream was great, staff was friendly. Place was rather busy but they got all of us in and out very quickly! Will definitely be back!

Walked in to 3 girls chatting about personal stuff and didnt bother to acknowledge us. Once we were ready to order, which took a while due to their gossiping, they didnt make eye contact or didnt confirm our order. My order was made wrong. Ive never had an experience with bad customer service like this.

Great products, fast friendly service, clean restrooms and sitting area. A little higher than some of the other Ice Cream parlors, but, as my Daddy always said, " you pay for what you get, and you get what you pay for". In my book that makes this place a bargain.

The place was packed. It was 30 minutes until closing time and the kids behind the counter looked exhausted but they provided exceptional customer service. First time Ive been to this place and it was great! Both the ice cream and the service.

Smiling and friendly staff. Great selection of ice cream and frozen yoghurt. They make their ice cream and even their ice cream cakes from scratch and you can tell the difference. Great upbeat atmosphere, even in the winter!

Sucks the prices are too high for what you get COLD STONE CREAMERY is creamier and you feel like you got what you paid for.. Flavors are not rich.
