The food is absolutely amazing!!! I wish I could get it alone 5 stars and rate everything else separately. I frequent this location often since the one in Irving is to far of a drive from me and depending on the time of day determines the quality of Customer service and the accuracy of the order. I use to not check my order because they would be on point, however these past few times my order has been wrong. I had called back to let them know my order was wrong and the young man who answered the phone acknowledged that they had messed up but when the manage got on the phone she was acting as if I had lied. I didnt feel like driving back so I told them I would come up the next day. When I went in the manager had wrote in the book that she is certain my order was right and that I was lying. So now every time I patronize that location I check my order and its hit or miss with my order being right. Today I went and they didnt give me my yeast roll instead gave me a cookie, when I questioned it they said they were out of rolls so gave me a cookie. Well thanks for making a decision for me instead of providing me with an alternative-I dont eat cookies and I came for a meal. If I wanted a cookie I would have asked for one. Not to mention my drink order was wrong. I just wished places would take Customer service seriously. It wouldnt have gutted to say Maam we are out of yeast rolls and we can replace it with the following item of you would like. Smh I may need to find another location.

Ive never heard of Golden Chick until my fiancee told me about it 6 months ago. Ever since then, this is ALWAYS the place I go to when I want fast food chicken. Ive heard many horrible things about other Golden Chicks people have went to but I have NEVER had any problems when I come here. Food: To me, the food is just the way I like it. I like to mix it up every now and then and have sampled about half of the menu. Everything that I had tried tastes well done. Price: If your a student or active duty military, you are privy to their discounts which is around 10% - 15%. Otherwise, its still not a bad price for how good the food is. Location: I live about 5 minutes away from here, but I know Arlington High School and UTA are nearby. To me, the location cant be beat. Overall, this is a great restaurant with friendly and courteous staff. I recommend.

Very upset... My entire order was messed up. Due to living so far away I called and spoke to "Breann" or "Breanna" and not only do they expect me to drive twenty minutes back to their location they are not willing to replace the two meals only the chicken so I would have to eat my cold fries and roll instead of getting fresh food! My first time going to Golden Chick and my last time as well! My boyfriend raved on and on about them just for us to receive poor service!!!

I called to speak to the manager regarding the under portion on my pinkie size chicken tenders and what I thought would be a pleasant fix was a owner who would not listen talking over me not once apologize i had to mention it before she did say sorry and had an attitude like idc about your food n really pissed me off at the end of the conversation I had to hang up n drive up to the restaurant and demand a refund

Im from Denver, Colorado, and I love golden chick. However this one is the best in the dfw area. Im glad my job makes me come down now and then. Because then I get to eat this great fried chicken. This is the only location Im going to from now on. P.s. please build a location in Colorado you will put popeyes and kfc out of business.

Called to speak to a manager. Girl who answered (sounding like a teenager) interrupted me to say, "Just one moment," with some attitude, before hanging up the phone. Really, people? Disgraceful for ANY organization to use this kind of customer service.

Great food and a great value, our go to place on days that run long and my wife and I are to tired to cook. The green beans are great. They are also great supporters of their community. I have seen Pat up at AHS frequently. Thanks Golden Chick.

Best thing about Golden Chick...The rolls, this is not to say that everything else isnt mouth watering and delicious because they are and the service is always fast, always friendly. But you have to try the rolls and be sure to order extra too.

Wow.. awesome food.. Best fried chicken (next to my wifes cooking) nice save.. great portions. Thanks Pat for the personal note on the box with the special chicken breast for my wife. We will make this a regular stop for our dinner menu.

They serve some of the best chicken anywhere (pieces,tenders,and even their "smoked"). Their spice packs provided some extra zing and heat. Customer service is great. Its a fast food joint, but their fried chicken is greatness.
