Absolutely Horrible!!!!! Management would not help when the children were attacking my three-year-old in the playground there were kids that looked like teenagers playing, jumping, kicking , pushing & punching and slapping the little kids . I took my son out and told manager and she did NOTHING she said oh there just a few inches taller than the limit. I viedo the animal acting kids in the playground and NO PARENTS were in there watching there kids !!!!!! Signs say PARENTS MUST be in play area with there kids !!! Manger DIDNT even Try to find the kids Parents . Its Truly Unbelievable That Any Manager of Any Business Would Let This Kind of Craziness , and Chance of Little Kids Being HURT !!!!! I spoke with the main manager Justin and he said he would speak to the other manager about what happened , then said oh the sign states height requirements ???? And then said he didnt know its said Parents Must Supervisor there Kids At All Times .???? I will not go back to the Chick-fil-a and Im sending an email and my viedo to corporate Chick-fil-A

I eat at Chick-fil-A about every other week and love the food and normally the service. The girl they having working at the drive thru window now doesnt seem to get orders right. Last week I got fried chicken instead of grilled which was not too big of a deal but today I got my normal salad with grilled chicken and she had repeated the order back to me with the wrong dressing. I repeated that I wanted, a grilled chicken cobb salad with 2 honey mustard dressing, and she repeated back to me correctly the 2nd time. When I paid for the order she had forgotten my drink and when I got back to my office, that is 15 minutes from town, there was only 1 dressing pack so I got to eat about half my salad. Since I work way out of town I look forward to eating something besides my sack lunch so this was a disappointment. I advise that you check your order before you leave the drive thru.

I went through the drive through and I ended up waiting 15 plus minutes for strips. The girl that walked out was very trashy and rude. They were being very tacky inside the whole time I was ordering to beigin with. One girl in a red and plaid shirt was making out with some guy and I was shocked considering this was a public and family establishment. The girl that brought my food out reaked of alcohol. Not really sure whats going on at this chain but will never be back again. myakos always from now on.

I was going to give them a 4, but they dropped their coleslaw off the menu. Thats sad, because its nearly impossible to get REAL east coast slaw here in Texas! However, their chicken soup is awesome! I love that stuff. They apparently changed the way their chicken sandwich is cooked; I liked their old recipe better, and especially when I could buy coleslaw and slather it on the chicken..

These guys have the most efficient drive thru Ive ever seen, and the service is consistently top-notch. Everybody is friendly too. McDonalds here has an unusually efficient drive-thru, but the employees are always sketchy. CFA has a young crew, but they are clean cut, friendly, and top-notch for the industry. Great food!

If I didnt want sauce Id have gone to McDonalds for a cheaper sandwich. If you cant remember to put the sauce on the tray, then put it out front where I can get it myself rather than letting my sandwich get cold while Im standing in line behind all the other people trying to get sauce.

Got two $10 gift cards for Christmas and Mothers Day. I called to get the balance and they were both inactive. I called customer service and (shocker) we cant help you. Way to screw people over! Wonder how much revenue yall are getting this way.

Busy but friendly and have always gotten my order right. Area for kids to play here. I always get the chicken pieces. They are not over breaded and taste great. They have waffle style fries here and really good salads.
