Where to begin...... I ordered online 2 hours before I was to pick up the pizza to take to my families game night. So I specifically said to have it ready by 5:10pm. I arrived at 5:20pm and was told my 1st pizza was done, and my second one will be ready in about 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, they tell me they destroyed my pizza and it was not savable. So if I could wait yet another 10 minutes, they can make a new one. Wouldnt you know, 10 minutes later someone tells me they replaced my original order that asked for tomatoes and changed it to jalapenos. Really?!? Now Im really at my breaking point. They ask me to please wait another 10 minutes to make yet another pizza. I said refund me 1 pizza and I will take the first one that was correct. Good thing it was a plain cheese pizza I guess. Cant mess that up. Would have given them 2 stars if they would have refunded all my money and just gave me the cheese pizza for all the hassle. This makes 2 straight visits to this location that have been horrible. Thank goodness I live in Arlington. They seem to always get my order right and on time, so its obviously the Cleburne location that has some major issues going on. I recommend Pizza Hut, but not this location.

Im giving one star because the last time I ate there, my drink had some dirty black substance sitting in the bottom of my cup. After I told them they gave me another one that was almost all carbonation and tasted horrible. They didnt charge me for the drink, but the dirty cup problem has become a repeated issue. On top of that, the pizza didnt sit well with my stomach and passed right through me. Service here is also not very good, as all the employees hide in the kitchen and never come out it seems. I hate to leave such a bad review but I cant ignore the declining quality of this particular pizza hut.

I used to be a big pizza hut fan but the last few times i went here the pizza was very poor....it just looked sloppy. Had an incident where a guy was bringing my pizza and bumped into his coworker and the crazy lady went off on him like there was no tomorrow. He kept his calm but it took everything in me to not scream at her. I felt so uncomfortable that i stopped going. Moved to dominos and i absolutely love it. Wanted brownies and dominoes didnt have it so i called pizza hut to order brownies and the girl on the phone was RUDE af. Staying with dominos. Good bye pizza hut....

Restaurant was empty when I arrived and as soon as we walked in instead of being greeted the employee says we do close at 9 so is this for carry out? It was 8pm. ... not 8:15, not 8:30, .... just 8pm. And I had just gone in for help on an online order that wouldnt go thru. -.- The restaurant was empty and the floors were so filthy. This location doesnt get busy so dont see why it be so dirty if they could just keep up with it.

I came in for the buffet and had shawn as my server he was very polite well groomed amd very cute. He helped me with anything i needed and i was very amazed at how fast he was on the floor. i dont live in cleburne but if was to come back into town i would definetley stop in while shawns there. The other employees were very nice to and had very good manners if i was going to rate this pizza hut i would give it 5 stars!

Called to order some pasta from here which is my absolute favorite and I was told they dont deliver to my address but couldnt tell me why. I live 3 miles from their store which is closer than my home I just moved out of. I dont get it. To top it off I had to repeat my phone number twice, and spell out everything for my address and repeat it all twice. By far my worst experience ever.

The food at this location is terrible, I used to order here all the time but the quality has suffered to the point that I cannot order from this location anymore. Poor quality and terrible service, and escalating prices. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you can. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars. I hate it, because I really liked this place.

This is the best Pizza Hut Ive ordered from. The pizza is always cooked perfectly, whereas other locations have been very disappointing. Someone is doing something right here.
