We were going to go to Braums, but my fiance and I had such wonderful memories of eating inside Pizza Hut when we were kids, that he picked it instead solely based on nostalgia. We should have known from the empty parking lot that it was a bad idea. We walked in behind a party of 3 around 6pm and no one else was in the place. I left to go to the bathroom, and when I came out, saw my fiance sitting in the booths and the server was walking away from him. I presumed she was getting us drinks so I said "Hi, hows it going?" and smiled. She looked at me and sneered and kept walking. I sat at the table with my fiance and he had already been treated like crap by the staff and we hadnt even been there 5 minutes! I dont know how you expect to run a business with these people representing you, but it is clear from the other reviews that this is a regular occurrence. As a chef and business owner, I highly suggest management clean house and hire some customer service driven help before its too late. Bad attitudes are a poison that seep into some restaurants and infect it throughout the entire operation. Unless you remove the poison, it can be fatal to the business. Call poison control immediately on this one.

Horrible experience. Waitress literally rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude within the first five minutes of sitting down. I hadnt even ordered a drink yet! Ive worked in the service industry over ten years. We left before even ordering food as who could trust food based on that first impression?! Seeing as there was only one patron in the entire restaurant, I understand why. I will never return. Just a heads up!

VERY DIRTY!!! The tables were filthy and sticky, there were food bits on most of the booths, chairs and floor. I literally stuck to the push-plate on the ladys bathroom door and there was no soap (or soap dispenser). The buffet pizzas were dry and skimpy on toppings. Ive had too many bad experiences here under several different owners/managers and it never seems to get any better. This was my last. Steer clear!

This place is horrible. I cant say how the food is because after 45 minutes with no Pizza at our table, we left. I witnessed the manager punching the wall, then we tried to pay for the salad and drinks we had and we had to wait for the manager to come back in from outside. We were just passing through town, but will NEVER stop there again

This Pizza Hut is under new management and is going through many changes. The manager is very customer friendly, and eager to please. He has made some big improvments so far. I very much enjoyed dinning in this restaurant. Every one should give them another try if you had poor expierence in the past. I think you will be impressed.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE! Server got our drinks, brought our food and gave us the check. NEVER pre-bussed anything off the table. I had to walk to the counter to get a refill with my hands full of wing sauce. OH DID I MENTION WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE PLACE! SERVICE HERE BLOWWWSSSSS!!!

Well, if you want the most lazy made pizza, go here. We have ordered and never gotten our pizza. When we called, they said they didnt even make it. The other night we ordered again and the pizza looked like Freddy Kruger got ahold of it.
