Ate here tonight with family and friends for my 40th birthday. Everything was first-class from the gracious and friendly staff welcoming us through the door to our last bite of dessert (plug for the Salted Caramel Banana Pudding with Mile-High Meringue). Drinks were perfectly liquored, and the food portions were filling and as delicious as they were described on the menu, which is second-to-none this side of Fort Worth. Eastsiders, jump in your boats and head over to Possum Hollow for the best fine dining experience on PK!
