They get one from me,and would not get that had i not wanted to post this...it is my first and last visit. Before I ordered, i waited while they busied themselves with their conversation. Of course, while i waited. Then after i ordered, i asked it for here, i got a to go bag, with nothing in the bag outside my order. No napkins, nothing... after i asked for the extras, another customer came in and complained how her order was messed up not once but twice. Giving her something she did not ask for, instead of asking her could they replace this, for that. All while i sat and ate a small order. Not a good place. Would not recommend it to no one

This location at night not too bad. But in the a.m morning school/work rush schedule. They are lacking. Order wrong at least 80%of the time. Ex: Great mornings On time for school Timeline: 7:10 Drive-thru order 2 sausage breakfast Jacks 7:18 (GREAT RIGHT?)pull off to have son say theres no meat on it 7:20 GO INSIDE WITH WRONG ORDER....And when its wrong DONT expect them to rush to correct it. Your to be corrected order goes back in line as new order and u wait again. 740 NOW son has meat on sausage jack but will be late for school and a.m schedule is no more..

The food was correct but the lady in drive thru was rude she acted like i was wasting her time and usually they would ask what u want to drink with your order she just automatically assumed i wanted orange juice, this was my first time in a long time going there this will be my last, I work in the Customer Service Field and this Jack n the Box does not have it, i really would like for this place to go through be Mystery Shopped maybe they will change how they treat Customers

Bad customer service. He messed up my order, made smart , sarcastic remark, refused to give me his name, & never apologized. He was smug and rude! I even took a witness because I had to go back after working 15hr!!! Was so angry!!! Never wanna go there again! I have never been treated that way there...but I never met him before.

Terrrribleeeee customer service !!!!! The lady was rude and was yelling at me for no reason .. I asked if she could hear me she started yelling for nothing I drove up to the window and tried ordering my food she wouldnt let me it was a very very disrespectful experience and I will be up there tomorrow to Handle it !!!!

You can never go wrong with Jack in the box but for as much as they advertise open 24 hours a day this is the second time Ive gone through the drive thru and they have told me they cant take my order cause of "the system is updating". This was at 4:30am

The new bacon chicken avocado sandwich lured me into two visits back to back. I have coeliac disease so today Im wishing for death. Though were I driving past here again today Id totally grab another one of these sandwiches. So worth it!

Dont bother coming late night/early morning. Theyll tell you their system is down just to avoid taking your order, which would be reasonable if they didnt give me that excuse at both 2 a.m. and 4:30

Restaurant is clean and tidy but thet Frequently get the orders wrong , and refuse to fix orders. Staff is rude, and seem annoyed with helping customers.
