I used to like going there after a long day at work, but I had one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. It was around 10:00pm on June 2nd, the line was terribly long, the employees were goofing off, my order was messed up so badly that I had to get back into the huge line to get it fixed. When I got to the teller, the employees chuckled at the mix up and told me that they would have it ready right away. When I got to the window, they did not have it ready, and instead, I had to wait another 5 minutes for their chicken to cook. To add to all of this, I asked for a new thing of nacho cheese because the previous batch they had given me was cold from waiting in line for 15 minutes, only to receive attitude and "She says her cheese is cold" sarcastically stated while the window was partially closed. I dont need to eat at taco bell in Georgetown, and I certainly do not want to ever again.

Messed up on my order. Called and talked to the manager said they would make it right put my name on the list. Go in today 2 days later the manager working today is the most rude person ever. Says my name is not on the list and wont do anything but be rude and vary unprofessional

Good place for a cheap Mexican food craving if you want something cheap and filling. Staff is friendly, food always comes out in decent time and isnt messed up in any way, and they give extra sauce lol Its TacoBell so dont expect anything fancy, but definitely a popular place.

Currently rated 3 stars, as soon as they allow you to substitute their nacho cheese with cheddar cheese w/o paying extra, especially on their breakfast menu I would consider a bump to 4 stars. The right cheese matters!

Waited and finally got attention of order taker. Waited 10 mins for wrong food and missing food. Finally got food 16 mins after ordering. Got nachos...looks like they beat on the chips first, all broken and small.

Over charged a small drink. Ate in restaurant, told cashier, completely ignored us. Put wrong meal on tray and short changed one meal. Two adults, four Kids. Probably not coming here again.
