Felt like my food was tampered with...you cant mess up that bad. At first I opened my buffalo sauce and it was a strange honey mustard color and so was the second one. I tried it and it was nasty so i simply thought it was just a mistake. Then my fries were waaaaay too saltly(no surprise) but it still didnt bother because that tends to happen but I got jalapeño poppers and it had a sand texture with a weird flavor and as I was chewing them It was just an uncomfortable feeling. And it made me think that someone messed with it. It feel just awful

This is the second time I have been to this location and they have messed up my order both times. This time I spoke with two different people and told them I wanted the number 11. I wanted it with mustard instead of mayonaisse. I figured anyone could understand that. I said have a nice day to the lady at the window and she didnt even respond to me. So I get back to work and I opened my box not only did they not put mustard on my sandwich and left it dry, they put it on toast. The sandwich doesnt come on toast????... Will never go back.

So waited in drive thru for a while, was going to get 2 shakes for my children and they were out. So we had to wait 20 min to leave the drive thru as there was no exit and you had to wait for the person in front of you. Lady was rude in the drive thru as I asked where the closet other jack and the box was.... Done going to any jack and the box ever again

We came here after Jack In The Box at 2243 had a fire. It is way better than the other Georgetown location. The other locations drive-thru is SO SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!! Drive-thru here is quick and staff members are friendly. I had no problems, but it is not good for you, its fast food.

This is a fairly good Jack in the Box. Been going here for a while, and I really appreciate the service I get at 600 in the morning when I get off work. Food has always been hot, and have never gotten my food order mixed up.

Two nights in a row Ive tried to eat here at 2am after work, and no one answers the drive thru. I clearly saw people inside, and no one bothered to help. Fix your hours if you arent actually going to be 24 hours.

Im a big Jack In the box fan however its not unusual to get slow or bad service. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through for 3 milkshakes. Unfortunately thats typically for most Jack in the Box.

Good but Jack needs to have sugar free coffee flavors and low calorie items for people that need to watch their carbs and sugar intake. Service though is great. Thnk you for listening.
