Good food (I love Whataburger in general), but the service wasnt impressive here. There were three people at the register (behind the counter, not customers) when we walked up, and one was explaining a problem she was having at the drive-thru to another, but then all 3 walked away - including the guy who was not part of that conversation, and so we stood there for several minutes before anyone came back to take our order. I had a sausage BoB and jalapeno cheddar biscuit (with sausage and egg), and the egg was sloppily done on both. Normally the egg would have a clean shape and sit nicely on the sausage patty, but both of these seemed to be cooked more fried-egg style where they looked like they ran while cooking and fanned out to where the final product got thin at the edges and flowed out over the edges of the bun and biscuit. It looked unprofessional. I didnt notice the temperature wen we arrived, but towards the end of our breakfast it was uncomfortably COLD in there.

I just went through the drive thru, and I am pissed off!! You have members of your staff working outside in 100° heat!! The poor girl is a trooper, and trying not to complain, but she is clearly disoriented, and cant even keep the sweat out of her eyes. You ppl have no idea how fast heat stroke can set in. I called to complain to a manager, and the manager said she had only been out there for a couple of hours!! That is ridiculous!! If you have to have someone out there it should be a minimum of 30 mins before you switch them out, but being out there in the heat isnt even part of their job description. You best be careful. Unless you want a lawsuit on your hands! That whats going to happen when one of your employees drops dead. NO ONE NEEDS THEIR FOOD THAT FAST!!!

Been eating here almost once a week for the past three months and theyve been consistently good and gotten my order right every time so far. My only complaint is that when they accidentally add a topping on your burger that you didnt want they just wipe it off leaving the taste of it still on the burger instead of giving you a fresh patty. (Update) I had to take away a couple of stars for two reasons which arent related to just this location but Whataburger in general. The first thing is they stopped selling the A1 Thick & Hearty burger, the second is that they cut the portion size down on their other meals. I use to go out of my way to visit this location for lunch on Fridays but its just not worth the trouble anymore.

Its usually always on point! Ive been coming here on and off for years now. I can only think of a few times, Ive had an issue. Fries are usually hot and fresh. Ball was definitely dropped today though. Fries werent as fresh as they usually are,which is okay I can deal with it once. What, I cant and definitely do NOT want to deal with is an overload of SALT!!! Way,way,to much salt was not only on my burger,but my fries as well. Cant stand that! Overall this restaurant is great! The girl that took my order got it the first time,LOVE that! Just please watch it on the salt!! I want to taste the food, not salt....

Dont bother with orders for the entire family here. I cant recall the last time they havent messed something up. Theyre more concerned about you pulling your car forward and lowering their precious times than they are with getting the order correct and providing even a slight amount of customer service. Smiles are unheard of here for both customers and employees.

This was my first time dining at Whataburger, so I took a friend and purchased two #1s with cheese. The staff at this location were all exceptionally inviting. The service was fantastic, and both the dining area and bathroom were clean and well kept. The food was good, but were both stilll on team In-N-Out.

This is the first Whataburger I have ever been to and have been going since I was in highschool. Absolutely love this place. The staff here is some of the best I have ever encountered in the food industry. Ive never had a "bad" experience here regarding the food or service.

Do Not Ever Work at Whataburger by Dairy Queen in Georgetown, you will regret it. They will treat you like crap, and they wont give the days off that you request it. They dont appreciate all the hard work that you do, and they dont care. Very bad MANAGEMENT!!!!

This is our favorite location because of the service. Everyone is always friendly and the food is fresh and tastes great! Kudos to the management. It starts from the top. Its easy to see why Gregs team is always on point, because he sets the standard.

I absolutely love Whataburger, but the consistency of the drive thru service is hit & miss. Im 52 yrs old and have eaten a lot of Whataburger. The Georgetown store has by far screwed up more orders than any Corpus, San Antonio or Austin.

The food is good, although the gravy with the chicken strips was basically water the last time I went. They happened to have a bit of a rush at the time, too, but they still got me back on the road in about five songs.

Food is always great, but customer service at night is nothing like their daytime service. Workers can be rude, and their shake machine is always broken after 11pm, when I go through the drive thru.

Whataburger promotes slave labor. They make employees work off the clock. Cockroaches everywhere, I would never eat there. Support good fast food restaurants that do not support slave labor.

Older store, but always clean, and the food is dependably good. The people are also great and so is the service. They were jam packed for Saturday lunch, and we got our food very quickly.

Breakfast starts early at 12 am! Whether its a late night run after the bars or an early morning breakfast run, taquitos and biscuits and gravys got u set and ready to go.

Went inside to order food to go, and it took over 20 min to get the food, and they forgot one burger. Took it all home (<2 miles) and both burgers were cold. :/
