I give this place 2 stars as an average rating. The overall experience was slightly below average for me personally. I am not a fan of the business model, where you stand in line for 20 minutes to get your pizza. I prefer to sit and visit while my pie is being made. I was also not a big fan of the pizza. I had a thin crust pizza with sausage, onions, mushrooms and cheese. I was disapointed in the flavor. I tasted the sausage on its own and it lacked flavor. Restaurant was loud and several tables were not cleaned. Overall, pizza was just o.k., and ambience was not relaxing (it was loud). I will likely not revisit because it just didnt appeal to me.

I have to say..... this place is pretty lit... yall dont even know... i dabbed as SOON as i walked through the door. Everyone has FABOULOUS smiles, good hair, and SPARKEALING eyes. Especially this young man i saw working behind the counter. His smile MADE MY day. Yall, I know this guy whos friends great aunts cousin is Guy fieri.!! YOOOOO IMA GET HIM TO COME OVER HERE AND PUT PIE 5 ON THAT SHOW HE HAS. I also have to say, that the crust i had was nearly THICKer than Kylies Lips, the pizza was sliced as SHARPley as Kims contour, and the basil was fresher than Tygas new album. #P5lit4lyfe4ever (fire emoji) (heart eye emoji)

We tried to order a pizza online and they wouldnt accept any orders at this time so we actually called to order a pizza from the new location here in Georgetown TX and the female that answered the phone told us that they wouldnt accept any phone orders and they do NOT take phone in orders! Well guess what... we will NEVER order any of these west coast "pizzas" from this national food chain! Keep it local my friends!

My brother and I went to the pre-opening day, free pizza lunch on 8/10/16. There were 35 customers ahead of us, but the wait was only about 30 minutes before our order. It was a lively place. The pizza was hot, plentiful, and good. There are far too many order combos to talk about here, but the pizza was a hit with my brother and I. We will be back.

they only have individual size that makes it expensive if you want to feed a family. little skimpy on the toppings and customer service marginal at best, not friendly service. we tried it, tasted ok but others better.

Although the staff had very little people skills. The food speaks for itself I Love the make your own idea. This place is great for families and couples who cant agree on pizza toppings. Plus its BYOB!!!

We go here a couple times a week. We think their pizzas are are very tasteful. With thin crust we dont feel the pizza bloat. Three times a week would be fine for me.

My pizza wasnt even cooked all the way. Upset that I paid $13 for uncooked pizza, Pie five in Dallas is sooo much better!
