Have lived near this location for 8 years and we stopped eating here after multiple bad experiences a couple of years ago. The staff is extremely rude. If you ask a question, they snap at you for asking them something. They do not repeat the order or even acknowledge that they are listening to your order. After you ask multiple times they will finally speak back rudely on the speaker and ask if thats all you want. You will have no idea what they have heard. Then they will give you a total. When you pay, you will get a receipt and see that everything is on there, but you will not receive all your food. When you ask for your food they will get an attitude like its your fault. Tonight, I went back for the first time in two years and wondered what they could have done to make me not come back for so long. When I started ordering it all came back to me. These are the rudest people I have encountered. My goodness....they dont even greet you...outs basically, you ready to order? The employees do not have a manager, owner or anyone to oversee them and make sure they simply act right as people, much less provide quality customer service. Pathetic, rude, unintelligent, bad presentation with food, poor verbal skills, horrible customer service skills... Everyone should be trained like Chik-fil-a and In-and-Out Burger employees. Well, I guess these poor excuse of service industry individuals did save me from a cheat meal! So thanks, I guess?

Went there for lunch. The lady taking orders rude. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was not frozen at all when i went back in for my money back they told me yhey coildnt refund it. After arguing with them they gave me the money back in cash ans short changed and refused to give me the rest of the money after showing them on my bank account what i paid and counted infront of them what they gave me. Ive been going to this location for years and with the new people working there it has gone downhill fast and lost another customer. I hope it closes down and we get a better establishment there to eat at

Its a once in a while kind of thing here... here lately we cant understand the lady who takes orders because she doesnt speak very good English. Not trying to be rude, but dont get upset at customers because we cant understand you. Went through the drive-thru and she was mad at me because I didnt understand what she was saying. Waited over 15 min to get my food, one order.. Not sure why I waited that long because the hamburger was thrown together sloppy and soggy. Im so disappointed because Ive never had such crappy service here. The way the lady was acting towards me made me not want to come back.

Couldnt understand lady taking order. I use to loved their grilled chicken sandwich combo. But now what their serving isnt real chicken. Its that nasty fake chicken. The soda was flat. Fries was cold. Oh, prices has been raised. I wont be going back.

I dont eat out much, but when I do and I want a great hamburger, I go to Burger Street in Garland, TX. They have excellent food even at almost closing time. Very good customer service too. Never had a bad experience at this place.
