Like so many others have said, worst customer service ever. If the lady working Saturday morning moves any slower, theyre going to have to weed eat around her. I said there for five minutes and she hadnt completed the first order of the three in front of me. Needless to say I left

Great folks work here at Kroger Starbucks. They always have a smile on there face and great customer service (Specially the girl who works in the evening shifts). Yes, I found her name too. She is Jewels. Love you guys. Best Starbucks in the Galveston area.

We waited 15 minutes just for the one person that knew how to make drinks to start our drinks. She made one of them wrong so we waited 30 minutes in all. I will never use this location again.
