I went to the coffee mill almost everyday for quite a long time, sometimes even twice a day. The service was always exceptional, very nice girls. Sometimes they would forget a flavor or something but that isnt a big deal. About a month ago I went for my second coffee of the day and noticed a sign that read "hiring immediately" and since I work about a mile away I applied, got an interview the next day, and was "hired". I was to start training that Monday at 4. Well on Monday I received a phone call from Pete the owner, telling me this bogas story about how machines had broken and he wasnt going to be able to hire me until October. Come to find out a lot of my co-workers still go there and some of the girls blabbed that Pete really fired me before I started was because I have tattoos, and he himself has a tattoo. I cant bring myself to go back there considering the owner is the biggest hypocrite ever. I am aware that I have tattoos, that is not a surprise to me.

Before reading... you should know that I am a bit of a coffee snob. So the coffee may suit others fine, but I wasnt impressed. I ordered a 16 oz coconut flavored breve. I ordered a 16 oz because all of the other sizes were available in styrofoam cups and the coconut flavor was overwhelming. Im not certain if I received coffee or espresso in my breve because I never saw any shots pulled, but poured from a carafe. So this may be fine for those wanting flavored sugar drinks with some caffeine, but its not quality coffee or espresso. My rating doesnt include the service because it seemed like he was training a new employee during the busiest time of day.

Coffee drinks are ALLOT better than Starbucks! Plus, I can drive up and not have to wait 15+mins to get my coffee! Plus, the location is PERFECT! It would be great if they could open up another coffee mill around Hwy 80 and Eastman Rd. Prices are good. Cheaper than Starbucks which is VERY overrated! When they are out of my favorite coffee drink the employees are great at getting me something comparable!

Huge sugar free flavor selection! They even have cinnamon and splenda to top off your drink! The monthly specials can always be made SF. Their ameretto whipped cream is AMAZING(not sugar free but they totally should, hint, hint). The staff is friendly and helpful in this locally owned business. The inside sitting area is currently being remodeled.

I love this place. They are so nice. I go there now instead of starbucks . our Starbucks is not consistent with their drinks being the same. Sometimes they are good sometimes not. The coffee mill is always the same always good. Im hooked!!!

First visit here- cozy little place (with drive thru). Friendly baristas, great variety of coffee drinks & very relaxed atmosphere. Wish they had food as well. I will have to make this a staple of my Longview visits!
