Idk what the back story is, but bf and I pulled up to drive thru to ask for a skinny version of the pumpkin spice latte at 1220 on Sunday, Sept 11, 2016. The woman immediately started arguing with me over the fact that they dont make a skinny version of the pumpkin spice latte and my request was not possible. I told her another Starbucks was able to do it for me and she said "well they probably did nonfat and no whip and just didnt tell you what it was". I told her that was, in fact what the other Starbucks did and that was what I wanted this morning. Again, she couldnt fathom that request simply because she couldnt do sugar free. She was insistent upon an arguing with me and finally told her that I wasnt going to get into an argument with her and we were going somewhere else. Then she laughed at me through the intercom. Saw her when she drove past the drive thru window. I wont be satisfied (or coming back) until she is fired. What kind of customer service is that????!!!! I wonder how much other revenue this location has lost due to her? I see a series of low star ratings for this location, some citing customer service.... If she was completing customer service sales at my business I would have fired her on the spot.

I like Starbucks but my last experience here definitely wasnt a good one. I took the drive through line, it took so long (20 minutes or more) that Id have hopped the curb and left if it werent for the small bushes locking me in the lane. Finally get to the window, no apology or explanation was given. What was given was the wrong sandwich, a cold pastry, and a melting drink. What wasnt given was a straw. Wasnt even during a rush hour time where itd make sense to be swamped.

I ordered a specific holiday flavored drink, they were out of it. So after picking another flavor (eggnog), I paid for my drink and waited, only to be called up to the counter and told they were out of that flavor as well. So I just asked for whatever flavor they werent out of. They were super nice, and even gave me a gift card for my next purchase. But being right off the interstate right outside of Houston, its important to have holiday flavors during the holidays!!

Was hesitant about coming back to this location. Service and coffee hasnt been great in the past, which is why I only ordered a tall. But today changed my mind! Whoever was working the drive through (male, dark hair) today 10/28/16 at 3:09 made the BEST salted caramel Frappuccino Ive had in a long time!!! Was not stingy with the caramel nor did it taste mostly like crushed iced! Wish everyone could make them taste that amazing!! Service was alot better this time.

I cant believe I was the fifth car in the drive thru and it took 25 minutes for an iced coffee. I dont mean it felt like 25 minutes, it was 25 minutes. Unfortunately when you get in the drive thru you are forced to go through the whole way. You cant leave the line because there is a concrete barrier. At first I thought they must be short staffed and so I felt bad, but when I got to the window there were 4 baristas working. Starbucks you can do better.

This is by far the worst Starbucks ... asked for extra caramel in my frap and they filled my cup a quarter of the way with it ask for them to fix it they got an attitude and just poured the same one in another glass still with all that caramel ... did not taste very good at all...

Great location, tons of seats and plugs, typically great service. Not sure why others rate it low, it can be busy but its right off I10 and depending on direction traveled it could be either the last for a while or the first in a while

Only my second visit to Starbucks, I chose a great one I believe. I wasnt happy with my first drink so John didnt think twice about making me something else even with the busy crowd.. highly recommend this one
