I have had decent experiences at Pei Wei, but its just not hitting the mark for me. I agree, with t he other reviewers. Marginal is about what Im experiencing these days. I do enjoy the atmosphere all together, but aside from the yummy edamame, nothing really is standing out to me. As a California girl, I love sashimi, or extravagant sushi rolls. And over the years, Ive even come to crave the ever popular grocery store sushi too. This wasnt even grocery store level. Skip the sushi, and go with the crab wontons instead. Also, not much on the menu for little ones, 5 and under. This visit, the restaurant was clean and stocked. Staff was pretty friendly, and food was hot. Good, but not great. Will I be back? Yeah probably, but just in hopes theyll kick it all up a notch.

When we came into the restaurant, we immediately noticed a very off-putting smell. Honestly smelt like bleach mixed with urine. Then when we went to order, one of the menus were out. Once we ordered and found a place to eat, we noticed a lot of trash around, along with the tables, floors, and chairs looking very dirty and sticky. We always love the food at Pei Wei and had come to this location for our first time and were disappointed in the aroma of the facility.

I ate there 2 days ago with my son. Our order was delivered backwards my sushi first , our appetizer second and 45 min later my sons chicken. The manager was very nice and brought us a 10 dollar gift card before I could say anything about our wait. Well I just tried to use today on my lunch break and to my surprise the card is EMPTY. Very irritated .i wasnt even mad about the wait until I realized you gave me a blank gift card

We waited 23 minutes for our order and it came wrong and had to be remade. When we finally got the correct items, it was awful. The Kung po was very salty and the other dish looked as if they saved a bunch of scraps and shavings and breaded it to serve. The rice was dry and looked and tasted reheated and sour!! Terrible experience!!

FILTHY. Food was over cooked, burnt. Floors, tables and seats were sticky. Womens bathroom was disgusting. Many flavors of soft drinks out of order. Condiments bar out of stock and puddles of liquid to table top. Disappointing to see this establishment in decline so soon.

Always delicious and always fresh...food cooked to order right in front of your eyes. No surprises here! I love thd Lettuce Wraps. Just get here and treat yourself to something delicious! The place is immaculately clean and very well maintained. Love eating here!

When someone orders a tofu and veggie dish and asks for no fish sauce and they tell you they are vegetarian, dont put chicken in it. Wash the woks and clean out the meat. I cant eat here anymore. Some people can get sick like that.

I really like this chain. They have a great selection of Asian inspired dishes. They often vary the menu, while holding onto their classics. Ordering via phone is great, as they remember previous orders, simplifying the process.

always fast service! foods usually quick to get to your table, and always delicious. only downfall was one time I found a fortune cookie fortune in my rice... other than that, everything else has been awesome, haha.

Food is delicious, but location is dirty and unsanitary. Sticky floors throughout. No toilet paper in bathroom. Not a good dine in environment. Too bad...not being actively managed from my experience.

Terrible service. We told them that the last time we ordered the food wasnt as good as weve come to expect from Pei Wei and the guy just says "idk what to say, its made fresh. Probably wont come back.

Health minded? I dont think so. Carbs, sugar, and salt do not equal health food. And chain restaurants are not known for their careful selection of food products, all massed produced stuff here.

For my first time I got the steak with Pei Wei spicy with lo mein and it was suppose to be spicy which it was not spicy at all. But other then that it was good and place was nice and clean.

This is great! Its like a fast food version of PF Changs. Nice classy and fast. Not to mention the price is a lot cheaper too but you wont know from the taste of the food.

Love me some Pei Wei, but every time we try the Watauga location it reminds me why we drive miles to other locations. This store needs serious help, but wish them well.
