If there was a negative star, i would rate negative. When I see a cook or anyone not covering facial hair, and manager managing food without covering his head hair, i think is unsanitary, but worse when I see a cook using headphones while cooking. I think thats the worse unprofessional worker you can have. Sorry, I was with the unsanitary issue. So besides uncovered facial hair and lack of proper food handling from a manager and a female cook. I think thats really bad... The coke machine didnt work, we had to drink water. But the worse that happen is that, by the tea area, it was very filthy. I even saw a cockroach crawling out of the top sugar container. Hope they got all the unsanitary issues fixed.

We stopped at Pei Wei in Waco on our way home to Dallas from Austin. We go to Pei Wei in Firewheel at least twice a month. We didnt notice until we were on the road however 2 of 3 of our meals (both Kung Pao) had no sauce. Im not a high maintenance person by any means. When I say it had no sauce I mean none. Our meals were dry. However we were too far away on the road to turn around before they were going to close and we didnt want to add more driving to our trip. It was a terrible experience when you spend $32 and do not get what you want and your craving for Chinese is not satisfied.

Atmosphere is not great, feels like the McDonalds of Asian food. Top 40 hits blasting so loud you can barely talk, very cramped and small dining area. Do not come here for the sushi. It is not good at all. Quick service, in and out very fast, also pretty cheap, only positive things about this place.

Solid American-Asian food from a chain restaurant. The food is well-prepared and quick, with a solid variety of vegetarian options and meat options. Not a traditional our family run restaurant, but not a gaudy or kitschy chain either. Definitely worth a go!

Waited in line for 5 minutes... Then when it was time for us to place our order we were told if we order now we will not be able to sit when the food is ready. He said, "I suggest you dont order yet or go somewhere else..." JUST WOW!!!

The food is delish, however the tables were filthy, floor was filthy...i was here a month ago and it was not like that. It looks as if the boss was away. When the cat is away oh how the pesky mice play.

They did an awesome job making a custom sweet and sour chicken kids meal for my daughter who has an egg allergy. They were very accommodating and made it very easy. Will definitely come back here again.

Always impressed with this chain. This particular store is consistently friendly and tasty. Dont go late in the evening if you want any sushi rolls, they may not have it. Otherwise, YES!!!
